The doctor was really nice, but the secretary is horrible. The doctor requested i bring my sleep study info in, and that's where my nightmare began. She's apparently the only one that can get the medical info from other doctors, and she does NOT want to talk to you. I told her the other office needed a form from her to send the info in. She talks down to you and makes it clear she's not interested in doing any work. I'll never know if this doctor is any good (besides being friendly and listening well) because I can't get through his secretary. I cancled my appointment due to her. read more

I went in to see Dr. Mark Agrama this afternoon for an ear ache/ear pain I was feeling. I was VERY lucky as he's busy and I called with an urgent same-day appointment. The office was able to squeeze me in. The new patient paperwork is lengthy, but the office staff was extremely friendly and thorough in making sure I got everything done. Dr. Mark Agrama's staff was very friendly when they called me to be seen. I had something lodged in my ear, which was very frightening, but Dr. Mark Agrama kept me calm and was able to VERY quickly, easily, and most importantly... painlessly... get it out. It was a serious relief. He was very helpful. While I hope I won't be back (because I hope I don't have future ear pain), I know I can count on him if I do need anything. Three major surgeries in one month and everytime the answer was that the window had closed and I needed more until it was fixed and yes it finally got fixed. I am now allergic to the antibiotic I took for two months. I am down to one now. Next time I will fly to Hoag in Newport Beach. read more

This doctor helped me a lot when I went to him for simple allergies. However, I went to him recently because my primary was concerned because I had a mouth infection that would not go away, coughing nonstop, loss of appetite and I had lost 16 pounds because my throat hurt so much when I ate. I was even throwing up water due to the coughing. He was not the same doctor remembered. He was completely uninterested in helping me. He did not diagnose me properly at all. He tested me for strep throat but not for anything else in my throat. He implied that I was stressed from Covid and that the pollen was bad this year. Who has symptoms like mine due to Covid? Aren't people gaining weight from Covid stress? I went to another doctor. The new doctor did an upper endoscopy on me. Turns out the mouth infection had spread to my throat and esophagus. Guess what else? This type of infection is from using Flonase too long. Dr. Agrama told me to use the Flonase. Too bad, he does not know about the long term effects. You would think this would be something basic that an ENT would be able to figure out. The worst part, other than not helping me, is that he told me to come back in a year. If I had listened to him and not sought a second opinion, I would have ended up in the ER. read more

Dr. Agrama and his entire staff are simply outstanding. In November 2016, Dr. Agrama performed 2 nasal surgeries on me which I had put off for quite some time. I had his "BreatheNaked" procedure, along with a turbinectomy. Having been born with my right nostril only able to deliver about 50% oxygen flow, I never knew how 100% could feel - I had simply learned to live with it and didn't realize the difference. Dr. Mark Agrama is beyond the best ENT doctor in Palm Beach County. I would know because I went through five others before finding this savor. All the other doctors didn't want to deal with me because I was under Medicaid and it did not cover the balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Agrama was the only one willing to perform the procedure the old fashion way. After several months of trying home remedies, that were never suggested to me before, it was deemed I needed surgery. The surgery was scheduled and at the last minute I was kicked off Medicaid and had to purchase Obama Care insurance. Dr. Agrama and his staff didn't even bat an eye, they immediately got all documents over the the new insurance company to make sure I didn't have to wait any longer than necessary, they were all over it. Low and behold the new insurance covered the balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Agrama stated "either way he was going to to everything he could to help ease my suffering, no matter which procedure." Even after the procedure he has stayed on top of things and helped finally get to the bottom of all my ailments, as they went beyond just sinus issues. Every staff member from the front desk, to the nurses and other support staff have been nothing short of courteous and professional. Dr. Agrama should be compared to the E.N.T field just as Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nastiff (Botched) are to plastic surgery field. I have been suffering with breathing issues for years! After two other doctor's failed treatments and surgeries. I had pretty much given up hope that I would ever breath normal. Went to this ENT desperate for help with problematic sinuses. Went from zero to surgery in about three visits. I have since had second and third opinions and all say surgery is not for me. Dr. Agrama's attitude is very poor. If you question him to get more information for treatment he gets easily offended. He has an agenda and if you are not on board he will let you know it. read more

I had an appointment with Dr Agrama to get wax out of my ears. I could not hear out of one ear at all. He charged me $ 500! Told me he could not take the wax out of my ears they were too in packed. Put olive oil in them ever night for 2 weeks and come back and he would do it. I just got the bill he did charge me for doing the removal. tried telling me I must have sleep appnier. Although I felt I have no symptoms. I would not recommend this doctor . He's the type that doesn't really see the patient he see dollar signs coming through his office doors. This Dr. Mark Agrama is rude, abrasive, and has no bedside manners. I'm not even sure how he's still in practice. I'm assuming he has the money to keep his doors open. I've seen him more than once and was hoping each time he would shape up because his accolades seem good. He's only gotten worse. Nope, I was wrong. To add to this, his staff is unprofessional, rude, abrasive, and disorganized. The front desk person Natasha is so rude and passive aggressive. It's hilarious to watch her in action and try to be nice, it's like pulling a front tooth. Today, I waited almost two hours for this type of treatment. I drove almost 1.5 hours to the appointment for this type of treatment. Dr. Agrama recommended I do surgery, I would have done it if I thought he had human compassion, and was a little... tiny...microscopic... NICE. Why would I let some rude and stone cold Dr. perform surgery on my nose. I'd rather suffer with congestion and a collapsed nostril. Yeah. I will never in this lifetime pay one more dime or have my "really good" insurance company pay one more dime to this establishment. I'll take my business to Cleveland Clinic instead. read more
