Removing the tonsils and adenoids on an young adult is an unpleasant process for the patient, but Dr G was empathetic throughout and successful in the procedure and made us all feel like we can turn the page on my daughters health. I do have a problem stilling in his waiting room for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes more in the back room waiting for him. His office staff is ok, but no-one in the office is very friendly. Because i cannot sit for 45-60 minutes at one time i am being forced to find another ENT. My wife does not mind the long wait, she is happy with everything to do with him and his office. I'm glad because i think he is a good doctor.. I wish I could stay with him, But I think he a little abrupt when working on me. I think everything he has done with and for me has been correct. I feel that nobody in that office respects your time or cares about anything but how to keep you coming back and bill you as much as possible. They billed me a lot more than usual with no particular explanation and I have not received an itemized bill. The receptionist gave me an attitude because apparently, I was scheduled for a scan that I never asked for. Her tone was condescending and disrespectful. There is this depressing vibe throughout the office and people that work there. It just makes you want to leave as soon as possible.

I was evaluated for pressure in my left ear in Dr Sharmas office. i was evaluated by the PA who…read morerecommended a procedure by Dr Sharma. I did the 'Procedure' where they went into my left Eustachian tube and did two "snips" that hurt but when there was no improvement and my ear started to buzz!! (tinnitus) that I never ever had before, they made me do a hearing test. During the hearing test I moved my left arm where the microphone was connected and made a Russelling sound so I missed hearing one of the beeps, causing an 8 sec gap on my "left" ear. on the day of hearing test I was told all was normal and I left but they reported it as 'abnormal'! I told them it was because the microphone that was pinned to my left shoulder caused static when I moved my arm. instead of repeating that portion they said because it is abnormal I had to have an MRI of my brain!! with contrast which can damage kidneys. reluctantly I did. The results of MRI were normalthat I found out on my hospital portal. the office told me nothing When I questioned all by the PA at the office he told me results (that were normal) not the Doc when I ask about the " snip' in my ear he said there was "nothing in the report about that". and recommended not to come back there but to see Dr Li, another ENT specialist in Jupiter concerning the new onset of Tinnitus after the procedure. The whole experience there was very strange and now they won't give me a copy of my records to take to Dr Li???? would not recommend this office something very strange going on and ear is no better with severe Tinnitus Thanks to them..good luck if your going to go there. Do stay you weren't warned!!!!!

She's apparently the only one that can get the medical info from other doctors, and she does NOT want to talk to you. I told her the other office needed a form from her to send the info in. She talks down to you and makes it clear she's not interested in doing any work. I'll never know if this doctor is any good (besides being friendly and listening well) because I can't get through his secretary. I cancled my appointment due to her.

The office was able to squeeze me in. The new patient paperwork is lengthy, but the office staff was extremely friendly and thorough in making sure I got everything done. Dr. Mark Agrama's staff was very friendly when they called me to be seen. I had something lodged in my ear, which was very frightening, but Dr. Mark Agrama kept me calm and was able to VERY quickly, easily, and most importantly... painlessly... get it out. It was a serious relief. He was very helpful. While I hope I won't be back (because I hope I don't have future ear pain), I know I can count on him if I do need anything. Highly recommended!
