She talks down to you and makes it clear she's not interested in doing any work. I'll never know if this doctor is any good (besides being friendly and listening well) because I can't get through his secretary. I cancled my appointment due to her.

Dr. Mark Agrama's staff was very friendly when they called me to be seen. I had something lodged in my ear, which was very frightening, but Dr. Mark Agrama kept me calm and was able to VERY quickly, easily, and most importantly... painlessly... get it out. It was a serious relief. He was very helpful. While I hope I won't be back (because I hope I don't have future ear pain), I know I can count on him if I do need anything. Highly recommended!

I do have a problem stilling in his waiting room for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes more in the back room waiting for him. His office staff is ok, but no-one in the office is very friendly. Because i cannot sit for 45-60 minutes at one time i am being forced to find another ENT. My wife does not mind the long wait, she is happy with everything to do with him and his office. I'm glad because i think he is a good doctor.. I wish I could stay with him, But I think he a little abrupt when working on me. I think everything he has done with and for me has been correct. I checked back with Aetna and they recommended Rockwell Hearing Center. I could not have been more pleased.
