During that phone call, I was informed that my case had once again been reassigned to yet another attorney. Having multiple attorneys assigned to my case in such a short period significantly reduced my confidence in the firm's ability to provide consistent representation. Divorce cases are stressful enough without having to repeatedly start over with new counsel. When I called to reschedule my appointment with Micah Nihart, yet another surprise arose--they could not even locate the appointment that had previously been scheduled. I was told they would investigate and call me back.
