Despite that, the attorney I initially met with appeared completely unprepared and had not reviewed the material beforehand. I was also required to travel to the Orange Park office instead of a closer location. Shortly after my initial consultation, I was informed that the attorney assigned to my case was no longer with the firm. I was then reassigned, but meetings were repeatedly rescheduled, including one that was changed the day before it was supposed to occur. The constant turnover, scheduling issues, and lack of preparation gave me very little confidence in the representation I was paying for. When I attempted to resolve the issue and request a refund, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company due to my concerns over the services provided versus what was charged. Based on my experience, communication, organization, and client preparation were significant concerns.
