My first contact with them was over the phone - they were very "can-do", positive and professional so I took one seat cushion and one back cushion in for their thoughts, cost and timeline. Their place of business is a workshop with lots of jobs in progress. Although they seemed incredibly busy the turnaround time for ordering the leather and cutting/sewing all 10 cushions was super-fast (under 3 weeks). Their cost was quite reasonable and the quality of their work was 100%. Bonus points: the employees all wear their masks, and wear them properly.
