We found Fibrenew on a Google search with great ratings so we used their website submittal form and…read moresent in photos of our two couches highlighting the repairs needed. Sy responded via email and scheduled an in-person visit in order to give a more accurate estimate of the cost for the repairs. After his visit, he emailed us a formal estimate to include repairing some holes and surface damage along with redying the seat cushions that were worn. The price seemed a bit more than we were anticipating but less than the cost of new couches. Sy indicated it would be 3-4 hours to complete the work. Upon scheduling the repair, he arrived and got right to work. The patching was done first, then surface repair and sanding followed by the final dying. It seemed to take a bit longer than first estimated, but once it was completed, the color match was very close. We were instructed to stay off the couches for about 3 days to allow the repair and dyed areas to cure and stabilize. The texture of the leather is different from the original feel of the other areas that weren't repaired, but it seems durable and definitely better than when it was worn and torn. We are happy with the work and would use Sy's service again if the need arose. It should be noted that the photos attached to this review are for two separate couches with two "before" and two "after" photos (one before photo is mislabeled as after)

We spent the first hour just trying to figure out the best place to park and unload. This work should have been done before I arrived. The team never introduced themselves or asked what was in the truck and was on their cell phones the entire time, saying how awful the job was. They walked as if they were on the beach, shuffling their feet and threw my stuff around. We had to move things out of the middle of the room to make space for the couch, kitchen table, and other furniture. There was no unloading plan and while we watched, several items were damaged from dropping them and hitting them against the walls. Once they were done, they never showed an invoice and said to pay them by Venmo, when I said to use the card on file, they called their boss and said I was refusing to pay. After filing a claim for the items they damaged including $1000 dresser, I received $60 back, and only after I email several times. This is the worst company with no customer service or care for your items. They don't understand that it's someone homes and precious and meaningful items. I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone else. Book Best of the West Movers at your own risk! I would give 0 stars if I could!

They assembled one of our beds and didn't assemble it correctly which damaged the furniture. They put the mattress on top in order to hide their mistakes. Also, part of the wood was ripped off. I contacted them to get it repaired. Rick had me send in pictures of the damage and information about the bed. He never got back to me about getting it fixed. In the meantime, the bed was sat on and it completely broke to the point of no return. If Rick would have taken the time to get back to me and take care of the issues that were caused by the movers, we would not need a new bed. Instead I had to call and email him multiple times to get any response. He informed me that I would need to contact his repair department and transport the bed to his warehouse in Farmington to be fixed. This should be something they should take care of considering I paid for their services, they damaged something, I don't have time to take the bed 45 minutes away, and I don't have a truck to do so. Rick was a totally unprofessional, rude, and snarky with me. Have a great day!
