Mall has a weird ambiance now. I remember when it was bright cooler and flourishing. There's new…read morethings coming to this mall but when that happens who knows. 1/2 the anchor stores still look the same after 25+ years definitely needs a face lift. Selection isn't to bad parking can be horrific 7-10 especially over near macys, dicks, or the bowling alley area, and of course the top hill where the food court is. I see a lot of people going to try things on and ordering it online before the sales rep even gets back with the other shoe in some stores. Cause it's cheaper on the same stores website but you guessed it in store won't match online prices. Also the crypto atm needs more security or a more secure area where someone can help the elderly who are being scammed out of there money daily. You'd be surprised I walked the mall and seen and told 3 elderly people who were all on the phone with someone make sure you know who you are sending it to the irs doesn't take crypto.

I tried to tell the management office office lead what happened and they did not want to hear my story. I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

When I come to the outlets we always prefer to come during the week because it tends to be less busy which makes shopping a lot more pleasurable. When I come to the outlet we always prefer to start off shopping in Saks off Fifth, not only for the amazing parking that's available but also for the store itself being that it's a fave of mine! These outlets will occasionally hold a particular event that's in the parking lot such as bouncy houses & such that you can find on their website. The weekends here are extremely busy & parking can be horrendous so unless you're that person who does love to shop with crowds then I'd definitely suggest on shopping here during off peak hours! During the holidays they also do offer Santa visits but definitely book far in advance!
