This is a fairly small mall with a variety of shops. The thing I immediately noticed is that there is a strong Mexican community here; both shops and consumers. They even have a small section of the mall that's dedicated to very small shops run by the Mexican community. That small section was neat but it smelled musty though. There's a carousel in the middle as well as a train to ride.

Very interesting mall! I needed to go to Bath and Body Works, so came here. The mall seems pretty empty considering Christmas is nearly here. I didn't recognize the vast majority of stores here, but it was fun walking around and window shop. There is a Dillard's Outlet store that had fantastic prices. The mall is decorated nicely for Christmas.

This is basically like an indoor swap meet. I'm not a fan, super chaotic inside. Kids running every where, loud, shoppers & people who work in this mall are rude as hell! The food court is nasty. I've tried 3 different food places on the 3 different occasions i've visited this mall and all were bad! Not authentic food. They don't have many know stores, maybe 4 are still up and running. I disagree with all the other reviews being "I feel i'll be robbed here" that must be people with their stereo types or just used to some First Class, Beverly Hills shit. I don't feel unsafe here. Just no reason to be here. Everything is over priced yet cheap quality!

Desert Sky's Code of Conduct. Lol! That's some funny stuff!

This gigantic mall is tailored to Hispanics. Now there is nothing wrong with that. However! You will notice at each entrance, that there is a Code of Conduct openly displayed. That alone should send you a clue that this just may not be the respectable place that you thought it was. But "I ain't never scared". This is the ONLY mall that I know of that have an onsite flea market (swap meet)! How can this be?! Don't get it twisted, there are the "high-end" retail stores. lol. ...Sears, Dillard's, Victoria Secret, Finish Line, Foot Locker... and then there is a Couple of Nuts, East Africa Hair Braiding (heeey!), Swaggz, Puchungis Shoes, Miriam's Fashion and more!!! Cinema Latino is on the property and they have the latest movies. It will take you a couple of hours to walk the entire mall. There's something for everyone. I purchased several reasonable priced items from various stores. I had a great experience!b Check it out!

I give 4 stars because it is a unique mall, we found a Spanish market inside of American mall. I haven't see something like it before, we felt like we were in Mexico. Vendors very friendly, you will find artisan and custom items, it has its own food court, I could say it very Mexican traditional place. I recommend it for the experience and don't forget to bring your sneakers because you will find yourself into a maze and you won't stop looking around.

    The war zone.

There are two types of people that you will find at this mall. The first are the type that love it and come here all the time. Will most likely be wearing boots and a large, shiny belt buckle or tight, leopard print spandex. The second are the type that are at the mall for something specific or didn't know what they were getting into. They may have confused looks on their faces, walk fast and don't make eye contact. It's true, like others have mentioned, many of the brand name stores are closed and empty. Do not come here if you are having a good day. It will get sad rather quickly. I hadn't come here in a long time. We came to buy our son's christening suit and were able to find one, yay! We were gong to promptly retreat but we were sidetracked when our son wanted to ride one of those rides you put coins in. As soon as we put coins in, kids flocked to his ride and started climbing all over it, with no parents in sight. It was a war zone. But alas, we survived. There are no complaints on my end. Most anyone who comes here knows what to expect, but if you don't, do yourself a favor and stay away unless you really need to.

This is just one of those malls where you go when youre bored and you dont really feel like shopping. not that many good deals here...alot of the stuff here is expensive...you can find better deals at bigger name Malls, i dont like how the people on the kiosk are very pushy....a no is NO dude gees! they literally grab you sit you down and push you to buy their product. this happened to my wife and i and the guy would not take no for an answer. and thats annoying...we just want to shop yo! the bathrooms smell too...the ONLY good thing in my opinion is the Salvadorian restaurant in there. they sell some very good Pupusas :)

9/8/24 - It's okay. Two stories and decent shops but way too crowded for me. Way too many people!

The mix here is so good--tons of fitness spots, great food options, a movie theater, and plenty of social vibes. I especially loved that there are lighter, healthier places like Wildflower and Pita Jungle, but also a solid variety overall (including sweets, of course). Plus, you've got self-care spots like salons and waxing services, which makes it feel like a one-stop lifestyle hub. We spent time just walking around and taking it all in, and it honestly felt like a whole experience. With more places still coming in, this is definitely shaping up to be the it destination. I'll absolutely be back.

I would like to start off by saying this is simply a review based off the park west mall itself not…read morethe stores or restaurant selection they have available. The public restrooms could have been much cleaner, toilet/toilet seats had clearly not been cleaned well in a few days - most of the toilet seats on the women's restroom where loose enough you could see that they where loose. Stalls had no toilet paper or papers towels. They did have children seats available in the stalls and very nice changing tables for infants so that's a plus, they just weren't very clean. The splash pad/play area is overall not well maintained and pretty disappointing. Turf is uneven, bars are loose on the train ride on toy, splash pad water pressure is practically nonexistent - a dad had to show us a trick to stand on one of the "fountains" so the other fountain comes up higher and makes a big enough stream of water for your child to actually splash in... Not sure if that seating area with fans/misters is park west responsibility or a businesses but the area was not very clean, tables, benches and chairs could use a good pressure washing - lots of bird poop so be careful where you sit or set down your items. Overall the area is free to visit but don't expect a great experience but it will definitely get you and the kids out of the house.

I did like that they had people assisting with parking and letting us know about the rates, since it was a bit confusing. I just wish they would've listed it online so that we didn't take time out of our day to visit a closed spot. That was a bit confusing and frustrating. Otherwise, it wasn't super busy or packed. It seemed as if a lot of stores had sales and while there were people shopping, it wasn't unbearable with huge lines. They do have quite a few stores to choose from and plenty of signage to assist with store locations, but they do have a few vacant spots. The reason for the one star is because this cashier who had a big line waiting t get checked out, she was talking to the guest she had checking out talking about her DAM EYEBROWS( like HELLO!!! STOP talking about your dam eyebrows and check that customer out!!!). So when I walked up to the register I get a little attitude from her and she can't even apologize for having the rest of the customers wait(remember at first it was only my self and two more waiting, but as she talked more about her eyebrows and paying less attention to the transaction, the line got longer) Let me just say this, if she would of apologize to me for the 20 minute wait in line, i wouldn't be doing this review, so next time you have a long line just simple acknowledge the rest of the customers with saying ( sorry for the wait guys but i will be right with you) it's SIMPLE as that, or just don't work the register if you can't be FRIENDLY!!!
