First of all they have an excellent wine and spirits store at the entry that we spent a lot of money at. The market itself was as full service as you get anywhere else in the US. We've bought fried chicken that was delicious and prepared meats from their meat section. The produce section was well stocked. In fact I don't think there was anything that we needed that we didn't find, including wasabi and sake. For a small community like Sitka this market is a gem.

For example the ad ending yesterday is still posted today and the current sale flyer is not available in store yet. Why?

Check out my photos for what all is in the cold case. Lots of Alaska beer, but most of it from the two most mediocre breweries in the state: Alaskan Brewing and Matanuska Brewing.
