However, it is seriously lax about Covid19 precautions. Unlike Walmart and Superstore, it does not regularly clean shopping baskets between uses, instead just providing a station for customers to disinfect the handles themselves. Most do not. The interiors of the baskets are visibly filthy. The lineups of customers waiting for checkout are placed so that close contact with shoppers moving between aisles cannot be avoided. The employees working on the shelves often linger in the middle of the aisles, so that one cannot pass them without close contact. The self-checkout machines are poorly programmed - if the customer makes a keying error, there is no delete or backspace option, and assistance from an employee must be summoned - which wastes employees' time, and causes unnecessary close contact between customers and employees.

Which took about 2 hours. And when we got back the next day we fix the bottles that were messed up, a woman with a pink jacket (worker) practically yells at us and she starts being really rude to us like she doesn't care about her job because "it's a dump box" and then she kicks us out because apparently we made a mess even though we made it look cleaner. Today I went to my Superstore again to order my meds. I…read morehave nothing but the utmost respect for the pharmacist managing it and her dedicated staff. Here are just a few of her qualities: She has the ability to accurately interpret prescriptions, knowledgable, kind, patient and very professional and patient orientated. If you have an allergy to a certain medication and it is prescribed by mistake, she and her team will not fill the prescription. Her team is alert, friendly and very hardworking. I also got the most amazing service from the man at the fish department, I musts have looked surprised, I suppose I was, as good and great customer service is just not a thing of the past. Then to top off the incredible experience when I got to the cashier, wow, I have been taken care of by Leslie a few times, she has the Smile one will never forget and it sends you off in the best mood ever. I was happy to see it seems to have a great customer base so far as it was pretty steady when I popped in. I wasn't in need of grocery items at the time but I couldn't resist the nanaimo bar in the baked goods case and I am glad I didn't - it was scrumptious! I will definitely stop here again when nearby.
