So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

She seemly ignored my instructions to complete the repairs…read moreasked for. the repair is going to take 12 weeks and she has been holding my watch for 9 weeks without moving forward after instructed to move forward with the repairs. I don't know if this is the stores policy, her incompetence or just Rolex. I have had Tags for years and got repairs and maintained done in a month or so. If you have the choice, I would go to one of the other Rolex dealers for either purchase or repair. I've been disappointed throughout this process. FYI, my watch is only a year and a half old and needed repairs.

It's a haggle kind of place, so prepare to negotiate if you do see something you want. I tried a price on for size on an item I've been shopping for awhile and their first offer seemed about 30% over market value. I didn't bother to go any further because I wasn't that interested in the piece they had, so it's possible we could have gotten close to a deal with a back-and-forth. Take-away? I might stop in if I happened to be around but it's not worth a special trip unless you already know they have something you want.
