I finally decided to go to Bayonne Family Practice; they squeezed me in between some of their other patients. Although the wait was long, I must say the doctor was amazing. Dr. Potoczek was professional, kind and thorough. The only reason why I dropped a star was because of the wait, but then again, it shows how many put their trust in these two doctors.

Bloodwork is done on the premises and referrals for testing if needed is given before leaving the office. On a whim, I called dr.ali's office and explained that I had a sick baby, and wondered if they took sick visits for non-established patients. Receptionist said 'come right down!'. Hardly ever would you find an office who would do that. Now, the wait time to see dr.ali was tremendous and his office waiting room is Small, standing room only! We waiting WELL over and hour, but it was worth it bc dr. Ali was wonderful, truly a caring person, and a very knowledgeable pediatrician. He took some in office tests and immediately told me the baby had a stronger strain of the flu! He put me on a regime of meds to control her high temps and made me come back in 2 days so he could re-check her! He really cares you get that vibe from him instantly. Very thankful that he helped my sick baby and would recommend him to anyone!

I don't understand why this is the case when dr Levine is a good dr while his staff leaves a lot to desire. He has the rare talent of treating you like a person and not just as a patient with wonderful bedside manner. He will send you to specialists if he feels it is needed he is always on the side of caution. He doesn't work full days mornings only so he fills up fast so book appointments well in advance but I won't see any other doctor in his practice if I can get him first. He is simply the nicest man, doctor, friend, person you will ever meet. Even my husband loves him and that is saying a lot since my husband hates all doctors.

I don't write reviews very often but wanted to leave this review in case it may help someone in…read moredeciding whether to go to Dr. Elliott Shulman's office, (urologist). I assisted my husband a follow-up visit after surgery and in hospital for 5 weeks. (2255 JFK Blvd location) Dr. Shulman is a very nice doctor. He has a nice bedside manner and overall a good doctor. We have no issues with him at all. The office is completely dysfunctional. The staff are not well mannered or trained properly and are downright rude to patients. I have to be honest the office is not very clean either. My husband's appointment was 8:15am and we got to see the doctor around 11am. No one even tried to let patients know what the delay was. I think this is an everyday occurrence. In my opinion, he has too many patients. My husband had blood tests done and a urinalysis. That took forever! We were to call back a few days later and we couldn't get an answer from the office. Tried many many times... It was over two weeks later when I finally got to speak to the office manager (Tasha) whom was nice to me as she overheard how badly the medical assistant (Jennifer) was speaking to me on the phone. Tasha gave me the results. Yes not the doctor!! The medical assistant (Jennifer) is a very rude person and should not be working there. The way she spoke to me was a disgrace. She is not doing Dr. Shulman and favors... The office manager said she was going to speak to her about it. I will never know if that happened. We finally left that office at Noon. 4 hours for an office visit. There is so much more I could write but I know some people don't like to read long reviews. Hope this helps someone!
