Additionally, I observed interactions by staff, with children of various ages and stages of care. Their interaction, compassion and mindfulness with each child was exemplary. The wait time for my appointments was ... non-existent! I signed in, was greeted by staff, sat, VERY briefly, then met with one of the assistants (who were all SUPER) followed by an evaluation and question / answer period with Dr. Oliveira.
