The clinic is not open at all three locations throughout the week--South Jordan is only open three days, Lehi one day, and Spanish Fork one day. The locations do not operate simultaneously. The most frustrating part has been that the clinic sometimes closes unexpectedly. Even if you schedule an appointment weeks in advance, you may receive a text a couple of weeks before your appointment notifying you that the clinic will be closed and asking you to reschedule. This has happened to us with about 50% of our appointments. It has caused significant disruptions to our busy schedule and feels very unprofessional.

I badly needed repairs on a veneer and since it's my front tooth... you know the one that everyone sees first... I'm super picky and nervous about letting just anyone near it. I went in for a preliminary cleaning and the receptionists were lovely about getting me in even with my crazy schedule. Lovely ladies at the front desk. So far so good. Next I met the hygienist. Again she was really personable and gentle. Moment of truth.... The Dentist. My luck can't hold out... but what.... OMG. He's exactly the dentist of my dreams. Looking at my x-rays he says... you've got great teeth. We'll watch these few areas but if you floss a bit more often you can keep the pre-cavity at bay. OMG do you know how hard it is to find a conservative dentist who doesn't want to drill even the smallest imperfection?!?! It's like finding the Holy Grail. On to the broken veneer. They took a look and had my come back that same day for a temporary and I got a new one about 2 weeks later. Guess what... It looks amazing.
