I'm sorry for the long review, but my story took place over several months so there is a lot that…read morehappened- I was referred to OMS by my general dentist for an infected root that needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. I had a consultation with Dr Hall and decided to proceed. He said I would have to pay $4500.00 prior to my first (of 3) surgeries. The total amount I was "quoted" was several thousands of dollars more, but he said they would cap it at $4500.00 (and write off the rest?). I paid the required payment before my first surgery (Extraction/bone graft). After extraction, I had more pain in my mouth so a second cone beam was taken and Dr Hall found that a part of my root was missed and I would need an additional surgery to have it removed. I understand that I have complicated roots and that mistakes can happen, so we proceeded with the second surgery. (My husband had to take an extra day off of work to drive me home from the surgery costing us even more money) The surgery was successful, and my bone graft took beautifully. After I was all healed up, I went in to schedule my surgery to place the implant, but I addressed some concerns with the typical titanium implant, because between the 1st surgery in August and the 3rd surgery in March, I was diagnosed with a syndrome that can be activated by metal in my mouth (MCAS-which causes my airway to close and full body hives) and we (Dr Hall and I) decided that we should avoid titanium (or any metal) in my mouth. He said that Zirconia implants would be a better option for me and that he would call his two preferred implant companies (Nobel and Straumann) to make sure he could get a metal free implant. A few days later, he called me and said that he couldn't get me the needed implant, because of the war in Ukraine, where the zirconium (the product that makes zirconia) is mined. He then told me that he ordered a titanium allergy test kit that I could take to an allergist to test if I'm really allergic to titanium. I explained that my issue with titanium isn't an allergy, but a Cell reaction and that I wasn't willing to pay an allergist several hundred dollars to tell me I'm not allergic, when I already know it wont work for me. A few days later I spoke to my friend (that referred me to OMS) who works at a dental office and she said there were probably other options we could explore that were metal free that could work for me. She called her reps, to do some research for me and found some options. I called Dr Hall and he was instantly offended that I would ask someone else's advice on what to do (even though he refused to help me further). I asked him to call my friend and maybe the two of them could figure out how to help me get what I need. He was rude to my friend, and basically said to me if she can get what you need, just go back to her. I told him that I chose to go to his office because I needed a specialist, and would love to figure this out together, but if he wasn't willing to help me anymore, I guess I didn't really have a choice. I asked if I could get some of my money back to help me pay for the implant I needed, and he said he would have his financial lady call me. She called me a few minutes later and said I could only get a refund of $1500.00 of the $4500.00 back. She said $3000.00 is what I would have paid for a tooth extraction and bone graft, and there was nothing else they can do for me. It took 3 weeks to get my "partial refund." I called around to several oral surgery offices in northern Utah asking what an extraction with a bone graft would cost and the highest I found was $1600.00. I feel like Dr Hall took advantage of me because he wasn't willing to think outside of the box, and that I'm owed an additional $1500 dollars. The craziest part of this story, is that the brand of implant that his office carries (Nobel) really does have a metal free implant available, he just wasn't willing to do a little more research to make it happen for me. On a positive note, my bone graft did take, so I'll be able to get my implant elsewhere, and Dr Hall's assistant Sydney is top notch.

The check in staff was helpful and kind answering some of my worrisome questions. Dr. Adam McCormick was my sons surgeon. He came and spoke with me after the surgery to tell me surgery is done, Toby is fine, sitting in recovery and to answer any questions I had. Today is the day after the surgery just about 24 hours. Toby is in zero pain. He had taken 1 Ibuprofen 600 since the surgery and his pain level at that time was 5 out of 10. Thank you OMS in Bountiful!

Ok so this place actually only does root canals. I had one other root canal done by my dentist and…read morehe was a nice enough guy, but I was in a lot more pain afterwards and it took longer to get done. This guy was fast and I was not in nearly as much pain afterwards. Also he was not stingy with the laughing gas. Hallelujah for that. Also I was in a lot of pain and his staff was able to work me in on the same day that I called. I did have a hard time finding his office. It is on the second floor and I had to go up the elevator to get to it. Once I went up the elevator that was by the urgent care I was able to find it just fine. His office contacted my insurance before I went in so I knew what my cost would be. My dentist will do the crown. My dentist was the one who referred me. He said that for molars an endodontist was better than a dentist because the spaces are smaller and harder to clean out. Now that I have been to o e I will just go to him for any other root canal I need (which I hopefully none). It was just so much easier and less painful than when I had a dentist do it and it cost me the same as when my dentist did it.

They wouldn't answer that question. I did a formal complaint with my insurance, who they billed and was paid $700.00 But refused to discuss or call back after insurance called them 20 times in a month. don't go there, they are horrible

Instead of making it right, Melissa offered me a settlement agreement that included a partial refund -- but only if I agreed to: Give up all my legal rights to pursue any further claims, Accept full responsibility for future problems even though their product was faulty, Remain silent about the entire experience, And agree to a Non-Disparagement Clause, forbidding me from leaving honest reviews or speaking negatively about them -- online or in person. I refused to sign away my rights and voice, and since then, Melissa has not returned any of my calls. It's now been months, and I still have no resolution. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from any business, especially one providing essential dental care. I was left without working teeth, out a significant amount of money, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a patient. I do not recommend Stubs Dental to anyone. Be cautious -- once they have your money, you may find yourself in the same situation I did: ignored, mistreated, and pressured into silence.

I've suffered from migraines, clench my jaw, and grind my teeth which causes me extreme pain. My mom has the same condition. I had been complaining to her about how much pain I was in when she let me know about Dr. Davis and a Botox procedure he performed on her. I had know that Botox helped with these symptoms but was honestly too fearful to try it out for myself. I didn't know a doctor I trusted where I live, I had never had Botox before, but I was at my wits end. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Davis and was THRILLED with the results! As I mentioned, I had never had Botox so I had a LOT of questions. I walked in nervous, sweating, and shaking. I have a fear of needles and a fear of the unknown. His staff, seeing how nervous I was, immediately started to put my fears at ease, explaining the procedure, their own experiences, and I started to calm down. Move to the exam room. Hands still sweating, heart racing, and a man with a bright smile comes in... welcome, Dr. Davis. He answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I had about Botox, the procedure, and what my results would look like. He took the time to explain how Botox worked with my muscles and nerves, putting my mind at ease. He checked to make sure every area he was assessing was the accurate place for injections, talked me through the entire procedure, and it was over in mere moments. Fast forward to the following few months... I have been happily pain free. I no longer have to take an excessive amount of medicine for my headaches and jaw pain. I have more movement in my neck and head. It was honestly a miracle to have found a skilled professional who was able to rid me of my pain! So much so that as I type this, I am just one day out from my second treatment (5 months later) and could not be happier with my results. Bottom line: migraines and jaw pain are terrible... and Botox works! I admit it, I was skeptical....very skeptical, but Dr. Davis explained the science and physical responses to me and that made me feel so much better. Feeling the actual results has been such a gift for me. Waking up pain-free has been so wonderful for quality of life. Dr. Davis is very thorough in his work and will only work on what is needed (not say you need something done when you really don't) and do a great job! It seems now days dentistry has changed to more of a business, it's hard to find good quality dentists that care about their quality of work these days. Happy we found this one! I also took my 3 year old daughter and he filled 3 cavities with all smiles! He and his staff were beyond amazing making it such a comfortable and fearless experience for her. We will be coming here for years to come.

In the past five years her dental health had gotten so bad that I was seriously thinking of setting up an implant/denture fund along with her college savings. Her pediatric dentist kept pushing the fluoride and reminding us that this is just how things are for people who deal with this autoimmune condition. Dr. Larsen is amazing! The first thing you'll notice is the kindness of him and his staff. He is seriously so patient. My daughter has an abnormally low pain threshold and can express it in ways that can be difficult to deal with. Dr. Larsen treated her with kindness and respect. He stopped often to make sure she was comfortable. Dr. Larsen also has done some serious research beyond any dentist we've been to. He offered up different toothpastes, supplements and treatments (ozone therapy, seriously cool!) we could try along with helpful things my daughter should be eating to improve her oral health. It's great to have a dentist who sees health beyond just good oral hygiene. He always seems to have new ideas to share and doesn't give up. The staff is great too. We are always treated well and never wait for long. The hygienists do a wonderful job getting our mouths clean and sparkly. They are patient and kind as well. The office staff keep us notified, organized, and bill us the correct or very close to the correct amount each time, never more than $5 after insurance in our experience. It's nice to not get a $100 surprise bill!
