Superior Floors to the rescue!!…read more Before moving into our new house, we had the tile replaced with vinyl plank (LVP) by another company, who really screwed up one of the rooms. There was a giant soft spot since they started removing the tile but then stopped and just laid the vinyl planks over the tile, including the big hole they left. We went round and round with the first company to try getting them to fix it, until they just stopped showing up or returning phone calls. I found Superior Floors on Yelp and called them to see if they would be willing to fix someone else's mistake. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and came up with a plan. A couple of weeks later, the installers came out, removed the poorly laid vinyl planks, removed the tile that was supposed to have been removed by the previous company, and reinstalled the planks. The floor is now solid and looks great! I appreciate their willingness to come out for a smaller job and fix someone else's mistake. They'll be my go-to for the future!

A denial letter is forthcoming. " - FrankCrum General Agency 07/23/2025. Not because they weren't responsible for the installation, but because they are not insured for negligent workmanship. To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.

Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! The cost of the service is cheaper for what they offer compare to other competitors.

Watch this company they are not what they claim to be,,, We have been using Marks Floors for almost a decade all was good until my last project. The subcontractor they hire are not vetted , competent , not honest. The crew they called themselves "floor essentials" showed up and my job very unprofessional playing loud music , cursing etc,,, I had contracted out a large job and paid top price not questioning the pricing since I have used Marks in the past,,, The crew tried not ripping up the old flooring I paid to have removed and lay over it, they broke my closet doors and mounting hardware, they shot nail guns at each other while in the job leaving nails sticking in my sheet rock all over. When I saw them packing up I asked if they were going to Re Hang the doors the response from the crew was "f**" that that's the painters job. Thinking that Marks Floors would want to know about what an unprofessional job their subcontractor was doing I contacted Shannon at Marks Floors ,,, Here's the most shocking part when I called they said they just wanted to give me back 900.00 dollars because they were busy and didn't want to come look at the poor Workmanship. I was very surprised I have spent almost 200k on various projects over the years with them and this was their response. In disbelief I went to the office, when I arrived an older woman In the office told me to get out or she was calling 911,,, I was completely shocked a company that I had done business with for such a long time was acting in this way. This being said I did some digging into the sub contractor crew mark sent on my job this was 10 man crew ,,,,,,Turns out they had no workers comp insurance on my job ,,,, Marks told me they are exempt clearly they are not,, The good part of this nightmare Is I got to find out just how much Marks was overcharging me. I went to Pro Source in Orlando got the Floors for less then half of what Marks was charging me, they recommended a sub contractor crew who was legal and friendly. A 8500 dollar job Marks floor quoted me ended up costing me less then 4500.00. Marks Floors is a rip off who uses sub par sub contractors and doesn't quality check their work stay far away from these thieves read more

They were very polite and respectful and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Working with the sales people in the showroom was just as amazing. They are all very knowledgeable and polite and willing to help in any way they can. When you get down to it, they are really decent people would want to do a great job for their customers. Guys like these are getting harder and harder to find. We really feel that we got lucky when we hired VP Remodeling.

I would recommend avoiding VP Remodeling for the following reasons:…read more- They require a 50% down payment up front and they press HARD to get you to pay as soon as they are done so you don't have time to find their mistakes. - The owner is incredibly unresponsive and will not own any mistakes by the crew. - There is uneven tile throughout the house I can do nothing about. - The grouting was incomplete at many locations, just gaps between tile. - The showerhead was not secured and wobbles. - The shower worked before they got there, and did not after they finished the shower. I was only able to get them to do that because although they pressed hard to get payment right as they were leaving, I held the final payment until they came back and fixed it. They left an unpainted drywall patch in my newly installed drywall. - They broke a tile during installation and just left the pieces in the closet where they didn't expect me to see it until they were paid. - Shelves were installed in properly and wobbled, one eventually fell and replaced, had to reinstall the shelf fittings. - The drain they installed clogs up constantly so that water fills the shower, never had a problem before. Overall, it was a subpar job for a relatively cheap price. I only used them for tile, hopefully they are more apt at other services the claim to be able to provide. However, with them not offering to do a walk through and trying to get offsite and the way they pushed on getting final payment immediately after finishing (as in, still packing up their tools), I would have been left with over $1,000 in repairs on a less than $10,000 job if I had not held back the final payment. Do yourself a favor and find an honest contractor that takes pride in their work and owns up to their mistakes.
