I don't come across many, and this store had a wide range of colours, sizes and designs. I bought myself a lovely white one for my keychain for only $3.50 and it was hand-crafted in Cranbrook, BC. A simple and clean blue and white scheme, a large open space, a couple of racks of clothing, a simple artsy armchair, and Kelsi Dagger shoes! Their careful selection of clothing reflects in the brands that they choose: Covet, Something Else, Gentle Fawn, Spiewalk, Designers Remix, and a couple of other newly discovered brands today. I am an Aritzia fan for so long and I do think their clothes get better and better. The brands I love are Wilfred, Babaton, Agolde Denim Forum. I think their clothes are worth the prize. I still have pieces from 5+ years ago that I still wear to this day. The trick when buying from Aritzia is to stick with the classic pieces and neutral colours. I do buy some trendy pieces too but most of my Aritzia pieces are classic. I find that the staff here were very friendly. When lining up outside, a staff will approach you and if you are looking for something in particular then she can enter into her tablet and a staff inside the store will get them ready for you! I think this is an awesome idea. Most of the time when I go to Aritzia I already know what I want. And since I shop here a lot, I also know my size from each brand. I think it will be very convenient if everything I want will be ready at the cashier once I enter the store. One thing I've learned is that this is not an Aritzia outlet. Then they got bought out by the YM Company that owns Stitches, Suzy Shier and Sirens. So now you can get the same two plain tshirts for $10 at Bluenotes that you could at any of those stores. Yay for options! The staff are pretty much run off their feet because the store is filled with peasants who get dressed in the dark and are looking for a bargain. You'll get helped by a disgruntled employee. who is constantly trying to play catch-up by filling the shelves with stock that just came in, since the shit is flying out the door, and half of it is probably not even paid for. The store is usually in disarray, so finding a size is next to impossible, not that the clothes they carry are worth sifting through, the two stars goes to the cheap price of pretty much everything in the store, because occasionally you will come across something worthy of your time and effort. I guess I am just sad to see the old Bluenotes go, which gave us good quality jeans that didn't stretch out after the first wear. Sometimes change is not so good.

Sourced an 847 through Zappos.com in the US so had to have my family receive and ship them to me. Called the location again a week later to ask for the corporate contact number and asked about the 990 and was surprised they did have a pair in stock . I was asked if I wanted to place them on hold and I said yes. Unhappy I'm paying more after shipping and currency conversion for a lower tier shoe. I received a call and had to disconnect. Called back and was told the 990 is on hold for someone else. Now irritated I've received unhelpful, conflicting info.

This store is located by the fantastic Canadian Brew pub so post shoe shop you can grab some grub. On entrance the store has fantastic lighting and is very cleaned and organized. We were greeted promptly and helped until a decision was made. Shoes were 20% off too! I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely shop here again!
