The owner is consistently personable, courteous, and respectful. I felt we developed a cordial rapport--an interaction marked by mutual professionalism and respect. In November 2024, I had to cancel a scheduled trip. Since payment is required in advance, I was offered the option of a refund (minus a cancellation fee) or a credit applied to my account. I opted for the credit to avoid the fee, knowing I would likely rebook. I told the office manager I would follow up. Unfortunately, I didn't rebook right away--and that's when the issue arose. Recently, when I called to schedule a trip, the office manager said there was no record of the cancellation or credit on my account. I was offered a modest discount on the new booking. It was far from an adequate resolution-- I would have paid twice for the trip. In addition, the new trip would have been shorter than the canceled trip, so the discount was irrelevant. It may have been an oversight by the office manager. Perhaps I should have done a better job following up. Regardless, I expected better recordkeeping. I also felt my loyalty as a customer was not acknowledged or valued. In conclusion, as long as your planned booking is certain and there is no possibility of cancellation, you will likely be satisfied with the service.​
