Dave called the car rental company, who told us we had a full spare in the trunk, and that they'd send someone to change the tire. We checked the trunk and found a donut tire, not a full size spare. We didn't want to drive on the interstate with that tire, so we cancelled the service call from the rental company. Fortunately, someone recommended Marlie's. We called them forty minutes before they closed and they were so nice! They told us to come by so they could take a look at the tire They removed the screw, patched our tire, and only charged $30. Plus, we had a really nice conversation while we waited. As a bonus, they recommended dinner at Seneca Street Saloon. We ordered pizza, and it was delicious! Marlie's is the best!

One of the best examples of customer service that I have ever encountered!…read more I was visiting the area and a friend whose family owns a lake cabin and unfortunately while driving down from the Twin Cities, a branch took out my rear driver's side door window. This happened at about 5 pm on a Friday and Lawson Auto Body was recommended by State Farm to replace the window. I called them to see if they could replace the glass while I was visiting for the weekend and while they didn't have the glass in stock, Brad took the time to stay open late just so I could drive down and he vaccumed up all of the glass and taped up the window so I could get back to the Twin Cities that weekend. He was also one of the nicest people that you could meet and he is exactly what a great customer service experience should be. He definitely helped me out when I needed it and without his kindness, my weekend would have been a lot more painful! Thank you Brad!
