We walked around the KOP mall to a few other jewelry stores but nothing seemed to catch our eyes. As soon as we stepped into Brilliant Earth, I had a good feeling it would be a winner. The store was empty but an associate approached us right away. Her name was Sarah and she was spectacular all the way through! I highly recommend asking for Sarah when you shop here. Zero complaints whatsoever. Sarah walked us through band sizes, protection plans, and even resizing/cleanings. My engagement ring is also from Brilliant Earth and I was eligible for complimentary resizing so I sent it off during our visit today. I was wearing a spacer with my engagement ring this entire time. It worked out beautifully because now both of our wedding bands and my resized engagement ring will arrive at the same time. This visit couldn't have been more perfect. Every single ring in the display cases is stunning -- you can't go wrong with anything you buy here! Very pleased with our purchases and I'm excited to wear my rings together on our wedding day. Thank you Sarah and Brilliant Earth!

To follow up regarding there response to this review:…read more You're not having trouble reaching me as I am in the system. Jude already reached out and was the least helpful person. This company sucks. You don't back your product and you're rude. STAY AWAY FROM BRILLIANT EARTH!!! I am beyond disappointed with Brilliant Earth. My ring has bent three separate times, and this is completely unacceptable for a piece of jewelry that is supposed to last a lifetime. The second time it bent, I sent it back to Brilliant Earth to have it "fixed." They assured me the issue had been addressed, but now my ring has bent yet again. Clearly, whatever repair they performed did not solve the problem. At this point, I barely wear my ring because I'm terrified it's going to bend even more. Instead of enjoying something that should represent one of the happiest moments of my life, it sits at home because I'm afraid of my poorly made ring getting damaged further. I get absolutely no enjoyment from my ring because I can't comfortably wear it. I previously requested a refund because I had completely lost confidence in the quality of their product, but they refused. I also asked if the band needed to be thicker to prevent this from happening again, and I was told I would have to pay even more money for a thicker band. After spending so much on a ring that has repeatedly failed, expecting me to pay more to fix what appears to be a design or quality issue is unacceptable. Now I'm left having to take my ring to another jeweler and pay out of pocket to have it repaired properly because I no longer trust Brilliant Earth's workmanship. In my experience, Brilliant Earth is a horrible company that does not stand behind its products, does not care about its clients, and does not take pride in the quality of its work. I would never recommend purchasing jewelry from them.

This Thanksgiving my daughter (who seemingly had norovirus) stayed in NYC while I was in Philadelphia. Despite ridiculous crowds T and I went anyway. Anthropologie, in my estimation, is notoriously over-priced, but post-Thanksgiving one can find a "deal." Everything in the store is 30% off. But the piece de resistance -- my reason for going -- is the sales room. 50% off already reduced prices. Yesterday I snagged a butter-soft leather dress originally priced at $328, for $89! If you go this time of year, know: ** The check-out line in Anthropologie is insane. I was there so long, I lost track of the time. ** Guard against pick-pockets and watch your purse. A woman ahead of me ran out, realizing her wallet was gone. ** Parking is crazy. The mall is huge with spaces hard to find. (After going into the Container Store which abuts the mall we walked over, never moving the car.) I like this particular branch of Anthropologie. Probably because S and I are generally successful, my daughter more so than me. (I've clearly aged out of their target market.) Anthropologie's location in King of Prussia mall is good, with Free People next door and Urban Outfitters across the way. Plus there's a big bench steps away for people like T who are left holding their shopper's coats and parcels.

The great WONDER sign, all the fuzzy pom poms in the entryway and then the smell. So inviting, so good! The variety of merchandise and the way it's displayed is so well done. Anything you pick will be well received, trust me.

After wandering around the mall for some time, I found Akira. I immediately knew this place would have something, as they have a location in my hometown of Columbus and I shop there from time to time, always finding really rad stuff. After browsing around for a while and not finding what I was looking for, one of their lovely staff members, Alyssa, offered to help me and oh my goodness, I'm so glad she did. After describing what I was on the hunt for, she ran all over the store trying to find something that would work for me. After about ten minutes or so, we found a few things worthy of trying on. All of which were on clearance which was the icing on the cake. I ended up walking out with three items, one for the festival and two others just for fun. I wore one of the shirts for New Years Eve and people were stopping me left and right to ask where I got it from. Depending on your style, this place could be the perfect place to shop. Their clothing and accessories are fun, vibrant, unique, and reasonably priced. Shout out to Alyssa from Ohio for all the help!

I was left with the shoes twice to fend for myself. The shoes were busted and I was told they "were the only pair." So I left. I walked into the Jimmy Choo store expecting snobby service. I was met with cool smiles and chill vibes, which was welcoming for a high end store. I mentioned the shoes I saw at the other store and when I said they were for my wedding day, the sales associates went out of their way to assist us. We were offered sparkling water, they gave us their styling opinions which were very helpful, and I felt like a valued client. Believe it or not, great sales tactics get me every time, if I'm spending money anywhere it's nice to be treated like my money is the same as anyone else's. They were so kind that we received a free gift with our purchase. It felt like VIP service, as it should feel, and it gave me my true and first Cinderella moment. I'm happy with the associates at Jimmy Choo in KOP.

(Shut up, Signor Visa -- you'll get your blood money eventually.) I was lured in to the store by the overall chic and clean look of the clothing displayed in the windows, and was rewarded inside by denim without bedazzling of any sort, beautifully-made sweaters, jodhpur-styled leggings and dresses evoking a 1930s simplicity. On-trend wooden-soled clogs and lace-up boots completed the picture of Depression-era style. The designer Alexa Chung had just released a collection for Madewell on 9/15/2010, so I was able to paw her ankle-length silk skirts and gorgeous blazers, as well as the classic denim collections. The girls working in the shop greeted me pleasantly, didn't hover, asked casually if I needed help finding anything, and were helpful in locating items in different colors or sizes. The dressing rooms were bright and had flattering lighting. What more could you ask for?
