    A ONCE GREAT EXPERIENCE TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE!…read more I originally had a great experience with this dealership and was very happy with my first purchase. Unfortunately, my second experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I traded in my first vehicle purchased through them and was sold a vehicle that has turned out to be a total lemon. It has had nothing but issues since I got it, and the dealership's lack of transparency and accountability worsened the situation. I called them for inspections and repairs while the vehicle was still under the Lemon law, and they drug their feet until it was no longer valid. I wasn't informed that the cost of paying off my trade-in would be added to my loan initially, leaving me in a position where the loan is worth far more than the car itself. This has made it impossible for me to secure further loans or get a decent rate on another vehicle. Things got even worse when I tried to trade in the vehicle to get out of this mess. I was shocked to learn that, within minutes, they ran six hard inquiries on my credit in an attempt to approve me for a luxury car I did not want, did not ask for, and certainly could not afford. The vehicle had higher mileage than the one I was trying to trade in, and the monthly payments were hundreds of dollars more, making the payment over 1K a month... more than my house payment. As a result, my credit score has been severely impacted, making it even harder for me to get a reasonable deal elsewhere. I was thankful I purchased an extended warranty through their dealership before things went entirely south, allowing me to take the car into THEIR DEALERSHIP for repairs. However, they still need to fix the issue after paying the deductible. I had no choice but to take it to another dealership in a different city, but now my vehicle is being held hostage there for a claims adjustor to inspect it, leaving me stranded for up to 48 hours in addition to the eight hours it has already been there, and however long it takes for repairs-- so probably 4-7 days. What's worse, I'm not even being offered a rental car. The rental reimbursement only covers $35 for every six hours the vehicle is being repaired, not while it's being held for inspection, which is mandatory, or my claim will be dismissed and stricken. In short, I went from being a satisfied customer to feeling completely trapped by this dealership's unethical sales practices. They tricked me into taking out a loan worth far more than the vehicle was worth, and now I'm stuck with a lemon. The experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They've proven that used car salespeople have a bad reputation for a reason. Run while you can.

Since it wasn't in writing, we had to pay an extra almost $400 for the second key. Note that we paid full asking price and the second key was all we negotiated for. Kristina Langford"s change of attitude was disappointing. I wasn't as cautious as I normally am because she was friendly and likeable. I wish I had negotiated a lower price so then when we were told we had to pay $400 for a second key we wouldn't have felt so cheated. It is a nice vehicle and we are glad we have it. Just not happy with a verbal promise that turns out not to be valid.

    Took my car in for service 4/7/2026 basic tire rotation and oil change…read more Today 4/18/2026 I went to purchase new tires and there's no key in the kit to unlock the lug nuts. Called the dealership had to leave a voicemail because no one answered. Went to the dealership and there are no mechanics available for my vehicle. So now I have to wait until Monday morning for some answers to this situation. I guess they can't call thier service employee to come in and take care of the problem they created. Which means I can spend my time, and gasoline to fix the problem they created. Plus Monday is 2 days away from now, so if I get a flat tire I will have to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and then find a way home and back to the dealership Monday to get the problem resolved. In short I am paying for their mistakes. Never using this dealership again.

I owned this vehicle for approximately 2 months when I noticed defects on the arm rests. I also noticed a mild vibration in the steering wheel when I reached 45 mph but would stop when I let off the gas. I addressed this at the dealership but their master technician did not notice the vibration. The lady in service info me that they would not take care of the arm rests because it looked like it was from a chemical. I only noticed this defect when I as vacuuming. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved but they have basically ignored me. I am only asking for the arm rests to be replaced due to a defect that I did not cause. At this point I am letting anyone and everyone know how Bob Brady treats their customers. We have purchased three very expensive trucks there but will be taking our business elsewhere.

First the auxiliary battery light came on so I called and talked to them because before we purchase the vehicle that was one of the questions that my husband made sure to ask about. we were told the manager would call us and waited 2 weeks with no call back. I then called again and spoke to the service manager again but the manager was out once again said he would get him a message and again when a week with no call back. in this time the check engine light came on and the van started running weird. when I finally got a hold of the manager a month later rescheduled an appointment to bring the van in. they pulled it in we waited about an hour and a half for them to come out and tell us it would cost us almost $5,000 to fix all of the issues because it was then after our warranty was up. our issue is we called before the warranty was up and they messed around and waited until it was up to call us back. lack of communication and we got screwed out of almost 20 grand. 10 out of 10 will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.

After having my Cherokee in for transmission service 4 times (and their shop is an hour from my home), they just told me, "there's nothing wrong with it." They said they drove it, but I was in the shop the entire time. The tech may have taken it around the block, but never more than a 5 minute drive. Basically I was told to take it somewhere else because they didn't care. Very disappointed. Never again. Steve Wilson (the owner) told me that he was personally involved in getting this resolved. So, I assume that he told the service department, personally, to tell me to piss off.

After an initial bout of miscommunication, the dealer offered to diagnose the issue for free and provide a loaner. As the car was bought as is, this is certainly a good customer service effort. Update: Dealer performed some minor repairs for free. I feel that both issues would be easy to miss as neither occurred on my test drive. While I am not happy about the speedometer, I will say they took steps to make things as right as they could.
