The backdrop curtains were not the color pink I asked for. When making a selection from there book make sure to ask is that what you get. I felt like my concerns were not listened to, and attention to detail was lacking. When you're planning an event, those details matter. This created unnecessary stress on an important day. I hope they improve their communication and organization moving forward. MAKE SURE TO READ THE CONTRACT!

I went in to rent items for a wedding, the gal, Mayra just sat there and pointed to things. I asked her if she could get up and show me. She was not happy doing that at all. She seemed totally put out. She was so incredibly rude, I couldn't believe it. I decided I didn't need some plates I had ordered; she told me I would have to pay a 25% fee for changing my mind. I didn't understand the policy and the way she was explaining it to me. She got really upset with me. I had to send my friend in to ask her again what the policy is. I didn't mind paying the 25%, I just wanted to understand the policy because it was not what I was told when I originally ordered my items. I got to the point where i didn't even want to go back. I needed more items so i went down the street to Celebrations where I received the best customer service ever. I left a message for the owner to call me but never received a call from her. On a positive note, the delivery guys were great!!
