Terrible experience! This guy was supposed to install glass shower doors for all 3 bathrooms. They sounded pretty experienced and professional but don't let them fool you. After measuring few times, They came and installed the shower glass for 2 bathrooms and they said they have to come back for the other bathroom because the measurement was wrong and they cut the glass wrong. The sliding glass door that he installed on one bathroom has pretty visible scratches on the matt black frame. The big shower glass door in master bedroom has 3 sides. 2 sides are one color and the door itself is totally different color. We also asked if he can fix these things when comes back for the downstairs bathroom. Guess what?? he disappeared on us and blocked our number!!!!! So they never showed up to fix the mess and finish the work!!!!! They collected 3/4 of the money and never returned.... Please be aware and do not hire these people...... read more

My window was broken by someone throwing something at it, late in the night. In the morning I was searching yelp for good reviews and located the reviewed about Marquez Glass and mirror. I appreciate that they they are open on Saturday's. I called the first time checking to see if they are able to fix it and of course I did not have the measurements. After finally finding a tape measure I called David back and gave him the measurements and he gave me a decent quote. I did not have time to search for and try to find different estimates, but he came under what in my mind would have been to expensive. After giving my location, 10 minutes later he was knocking on my door. To my surprise, it was the same company that I had used previously to fix another window around the same time last year. I had lost the name and phone number. He remembered that he had been here before. I am glad all the reviews led me to this company, The instillation was fast and and professional, he has excellent customer service and was again very pleased with his service. There is just something about a local, family run business that gets me every time. I was in the process of selling my house and needed a quick fix for a broken window. I called David Friday morning, and about an hour later he called me back. Since I was already scheduled to work Saturday, I was really hoping he could come by Sunday to take a look (2 days later). Surpringly, he said Sure! He came to the house, measured everything and gave me a great quote. He did say I would take about a week becaue he had to order a new window, but he would install as soon as the window was received. Throughout the week, he called and texted update as to how things were looking. Install was recently completed and everyhting worked out great!!
