Mark was amazing from the beginning. I broke my wife's hutch mirror while in storage. This furniture was her late father's and we finally got to move it out of storage into our new home. I took apart the back of the hutch and pulled a piece of mirror out and took measurements. I had to go to Ace Hardware so I said why not drop off the 41"x41" spec with Mark and get it another day. He literally cut it and prepared it while I was in Ace and called me that it was ready. He even packed it up with some boxes I got from Ace. Had been calling in to find a day they could re-screen my RV screen door and today was the day. Brought it in this morning when told and picked it up just now. The man said they had to do it twice because of how the screen was designed. That tells me they weren't happy with the quality the first time so they did it again. It looks great to me, and I don't have any kids or pets so it should stay great for a long time. Had them also make a little screen for our bathroom window in the house and that looked great too. Overall I was happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the customer service. Everyone was friendly. They replaced my screen door and it came out good however it took longer than expected.

I write this with mixed emotions as I always try to utilize local business whenever possible. I recently had them come out to service our patio door and the service performed by the guys was great and their professionalism was on point! The door just needed new rollers. However it took me making 3 calls to confirm the appointment time -- no one from the office ever returned my calls. During the door repair I also requested an estimate on replacing 3 of the windows, which I did receive when I drove down to the office. I have now called the office to give them the "green light" for the window replacement -- yet AGAIN no one has returned my call. The work that they do is great, but the follow-up from the office not so much. As a customer I should not need to chase down a business to get work down -- especially considering the choices in the market. read more

We have gotten so many compliments about our guest shower and we know a big reason is due to Mark's phenomenal glass. His measurements were spot on and the install perfect. I called and Talked to Mark. Advised him we have a broken balance on a window. We set up a appointment for Monday, April 22, between 8:30 and 9:30 for someone to come out, remove the window, and write down the number on the balance so they could obtain two new ones. No one showed up on April 22. My wife and I stayed home all day. No calls from anyone. Terrible customer service. We are now using someone else. read more

When my wife and I researched places to get windows fixed and screens replaced we were having a hard time finding a place to do the job. I was a little hesitant because of the 3 star rating on Yelp (prior to our rating) but figured that AAGS was close to home, so I called. I'm glad we called. Our job may have been simple enough, but they did a great job with all of it. Our new screens (we ordered 5) are first rate and it is nice to have functional windows again (they repaired two of them). Not only did they do a great job on those screens, but also during the window installation their worker bumped the screen with the corner of the window and poked a hole in the existing screen. He took it back to the shop and repaired the screen (and even gave it a slight upgrade by putting new pull tabs on it). I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They had very knowledgeable and friendly staff while also providing high quality service. read more

I needed a piece of glass for my garage door window and they were super helpful. He went out of his way to explain to me how to get the window in place and glue it. I have lived in the Woodcrest area for 25 years and Riverside all my life. I have only dealt with All About Glass on Van Buren since living in Woodcrest and today will be my last. It was the initial phone call to set up a visit to my home for a non-sliding glass door that cinched it. David who answered the phone was fine until he came back to the phone to give me the estimate to come to my home, which was $80, I live less than a mile, or he told me I could bring it in, In which I replied "it would be way too difficult for me to bring in my sliding glass door." He then argued with me that I told him it was a window. And back and forth we went until I said "really are you going to argue with me about this," in which he responded, "you said it was a window." I told him that I would call someone else to help me and he replied, "fine." After the shock wore off I called back and spoke to the owner, a woman. She apologized and said that she would talk to David. Oh well.......perhaps David is her son. I hope he wises up and doesn't cost them their business with his snotty attitude. read more
