The "cotton candy" bouquet. My mom just sent me a picture of the flowers she was delivered this afternoon and I'm gutted. They look nothing the same, and not nearly the same quality and calibre as what I was expecting. Sigh. I guess I can't say it's entirely their fault, but next time I'll definitely order through someone else in hopes the product matches the order, both in product and presentation. In the interim, there's nothing I can do, but I'm definitely disappointed. See the photos I've posted for comparison. Heartbreak.
