We selected a pretty large bouquet for an anniversary for work. But they didnt match the colors in the photo - now I understand if missing the exact flowers , & substitutions happen but I think the colors are pale and a complete opposite of what the ones we wanted . Disappointed in our 130$ purchase. The least they could have done is call for a different color palette selection. The girl likes PINK we wanted pink . A lot of pink. Not pale peach and pasty pink. read more

Weeeell..I ordered flowers for my mom from here through teleflora for valentines day. I spent a…read moregood hour comparing places and bouquets and found the one I loved the most. The "cotton candy" bouquet. My mom just sent me a picture of the flowers she was delivered this afternoon and I'm gutted. They look nothing the same, and not nearly the same quality and calibre as what I was expecting. Sigh. I guess I can't say it's entirely their fault, but next time I'll definitely order through someone else in hopes the product matches the order, both in product and presentation. In the interim, there's nothing I can do, but I'm definitely disappointed. See the photos I've posted for comparison. Heartbreak.
