I have called them four times so far. Whoever answers the phone (the two names I got were Alex and Tom) responds in a short and rush manner, but were nice enough people. When Tim arrived the overhead wires at the end of our driveway were too low for him to drive up. He and his partner carried the couch and loveseat up our 150 foot gravel driveway in 90 degree heat. Tim walked backwards the entire way and was barely winded. They then returned the next day to pickup our two junk couches after the lines were somewhat repaired.
