While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns.
