So I ca.e and waiting in line I told the guy there at least 3 times I wanted granny oil exchange. when the worker came in I asked if the oil was pretty dirty he said I did nt do it. And asked again you did the granny fluid right and he came back in and said no the oil. I said 3 times I wanted .you granny done . Then the store manager came in and said you agreed to an oil change and I said I didn't. Then he started to accuse me of changing my story and basically lying. I,,'m an older person and I don't lie. He said his men would never say they could do granny oil changes on a altima. He was so vicious and didn't have the Backbone to admit they were wrong. Replaced a melted intake-manifold pressure (MAP) sensor - part $94.51 and 1.20 h labour $252.00 The actuator kit plus related labor and fees, bringing the total invoice to $3,325.64 Email from the buyer's mechanic (27 July 2025): "I don't think it ever was the actuator. About 30 miles south we could only build 10 lbs of boost, the check-engine light came on and it made a bad hissing noise. We limped it back to Bismarck. I looked at it this morning and the exhaust elbow from the EGR cooler to the exhaust manifold was cracked. I replaced that ($830) -- runs like a dream!" -- Monty Hoffman, SiteWorx Excavation & Development Co., 701-425-1859 Why I'm disappointed The cracked elbow explains the hiss, low boost, and the melted sensor. A quick visual or smoke test would likely have revealed the crack before replacing the actuator. I accept full responsibility for the MAP sensor part and the labour to install it. Brought my yukon with the front clip off the…read more truck Cain Parker(owner) said should be 2 weeks on June 2nd. Cain "installed" the new motor i brought july 3rd. Cain also lied about installing the new tranny lines but left the new lines under the truck not hooked up which caused them to be destroyed when I brought the yukon home. (Almost 200$ down the drain) then once home I climbed under the truck to notice oil pan bolts missing and that made me look further and see that one of the bolts that hold the transmission to the engine missing and another one of the bolts completely stripped out (see pics) a pinched harness behind the heads, and more im sure I have listed or found yet should be a 0 star. Oh and said the bolts that came with the exhaust manifolds were the wrong bolts but they worked for connecting the manifolds to the rest of the exhaust but who could think a mechanic should know such a thing.
