The sunroof glass was a challenge as the track was missing a part but they worked things out for me and referred me to a quality body shop to take care of the problem. Will do business there again.

I had my windshield replaced by Alpine back in October and ever since then I have had to come back…read moreat least six times plus had to make multiple appointments at red rock for issues that they continuously did not fix or fixed poorly. I had to have them reseal my windshield twice as it leaked snow, melt all over my dash and fried my electronics, which I had to have fixed at red rock Ford. I have returned multiple times for them to also replace the side brackets around my windshield as they clearly do not know how to install them their final solution was to urethane the brackets to my car, which will be an extra inconvenience to whoever has to replace my windshield in the future and from the brackets falling off of my car, I now have wet urethane streaks all over my vehicle, which they never cleaned. They were always nice when dealing with these issues, but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will not be a returning customer.

Bare with me, it's complicated!…read more We've had several windshields installed over the years on our Jeep Commander, and nearly every time there's been an issue. We went in early and advised of previous issues with installations. We then explained that we were in no rush and would leave it all day... in hopes of avoiding issues. We got it back, drove home & hit the road 2 days later. After several minutes of attempting to roll up windows and seal the sunroof, it was evident that we had wind noise, and lots of it. Now, we had explained that this was a frequent issue & here it was again... a bit annoying. That's where the bad news ends, as the manager said to bring it back in and he'd follow up personally. He did. It turns out that, in a previous repair, another company had added trim that didn't belong. After MANY botched replacements, we now know that the added trim piece was causing the issue. We gave the ok to yank it off and seal the windshield correctly. No noise! Now, I was tempted to go 5 stars for the catch and fix, but... I had to go 4 since it took a repeat visit to get it right this time, in addition to nobody catching it on prior visits. That said, I would highly recommend these guys. If they don't get it right the first time, they'll keep at it until it's right!
