My mother had a policy with them, and when she passed away, could not get a return call from them (after about 10 calls placed) or any help on the policy. It has now been a year, and still no return phone call. The policy has been in chaos; getting notices that it is cancelled, then notices that we owe money, then getting a check, then getting notice that policy needs to be re-instated, then getting notice that the check was placed on stop payment, then getting a notice that the check was re-issued, then getting notice that it is cancelled, all the while I have NEVER talked to them.

Things went along smoothly enough, until we left the area and moved north a bit. Monica and her office CANCELLED my home owner's policy on our NEW house and left the insurance on the house we sold. What's wrong with this picture? We almost had to pay insurance through our lender which would have cost a whole lot more, and we would have been required to have it for THREE (3) years, and less coverage. Our loan agent came to the rescue and persuaded the lender to hold on while we got this mess straightened out. The only way we found out about this was getting the bill from the lender stating that we had NO INSURANCE on our new house!!! They never acknowledged any wrongdoing nor apologized. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

When Chris departed State farm our policies automatically transferred to Justin Kruse. We got off to a really rocky start when we were notified by mail that our policy for our apartment building had been canceled. There was no communication with us about any concerns they had or anything. They listed some minor issues about tenants having trash by the house and some other things. I was irritated that this policy was canceled with no discussion, and frankly a bit surprised because these commercial policies are quite a bit more expensive than your average home policy. At that point I started a new policy with another agency. Then there were a few poor discussion with his office staff, including one of them telling me that if I had questions about flood insurance rates I needed to talk to FEMA, Justin didn't have time for me. Again, even if for self preservation alone, I thought they would make time to answer my questions because at the time we had 3 rentals, 1 homeowner, 4 cars, and 3 life insurance policies. I had enough poor communication and brush offs and decided to migrate the remainder of my policies out of his office. He hadn't actually ever taken the time to call us in person or set up a face to face meeting. In December we got a new policy for our homeowners with the new agency we are using. Apparently someone may have dropped the ball and not have been notified at that time that we changed. In April they called about our homeowners policy and we told them that we had moved to another agency. Again in August, they(office staff of course) called to tell us they needed to talk to us about the policy and I was very upset to hear that they were STILL charging us for a policy 8 months after we changed providers! So this week I got a check for less than $40 telling me they canceled our policy effective September 3rd. We exchanged several calls(Staff) and emails about when they knew for sure and about the conversation in May that they have no record of. Finally I went to his office to talk to him in person about when they were notified and how far back they will back date the refund and during the conversation he says to me "If I thought that discussion really happened I would go to bat for you" . So if you are just dying for the opportunity to be ignored and then called a liar please contact Justin Kruse. All joking aside, there are too many other great agents that actually care to use this guy!

After seven years of being a customer here, I have fired them as my broker due to unprofessionalism…read moreand lack of integrity by Mosado and the office manager. I went direct with the insurance company and left these jokers out, saved hundreds of dollars a year and got the coverage I needed in a few minutes whereas this office could not do it. As far as I can tell the only thing they do is take your money and increase your insurance payment. Mosado hung up on me and told everyone I cursed at him, then they said I hung up on him, then they said the call just dropped. I have the call recorded unbeknownst to them. Please avoid this office at all costs and go direct with the insurance company.
