Pam is a really good lawyer, in a field that no one wants to deal with (as a client). The State of Vermont does a great job of filling up the Juvenile Court docket by meddling in strong families and fumbling most every situation. If your kid has a problem, the DCF will probably find you, scramble the facts, and put an uneducated and foolish 23-year-old on it, harming you and your family as much as an idiot can. You may then be called to account in the Queen of Hearts court, and realize that you're no longer in the United States where there is a thing called due process. Good luck to you (really). You need a seasoned Harvard lawyer (Pam). Pam doesn't have any magic tricks, but she is very smart and knows the ins and outs of this 1960-era East German system. Hire her and pay her, and even when it seems like you are failing, it's your best shot (I get the critical Yelp review, it seems futile because the system is a crooked scam, but don't blame Pam). Your choice really is losing your kid -- the deck is stacked. This secretive system has a lot to hide, and you need a guide to the Inferno.
