I am extremely claustrophobic, which has greatly affected my life to the point where I had had MRI scans many years ago that completely left me scared to death to have any more in the future, even with taking Valium to get through the procedure! I heard about a new MRI machine called a "wide bore" that was several inches wider inside and a bit shorter in length to the traditional MRI machines I've been in the past, and that this particular location had one, I just had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. Well, I made my appointments to get two scans done here on two different days with the new machine, and I have to tell you, they made the experience so easy and comfortable, knowing my situation, that I will never fear getting an MRI again, as long as I have one done in one of these new machines! The entire experience was hands down easier and more thought out than any other MRI in where they do everything in their ability to keep you calm, comfortable and at peace, especially if you suffer from claustrophobia and the "fight or flight" panic being in an enclosed situation. Granted, I took some meds my doctor gave me to aid in the relaxation of my visit, but in the past, that didn't really help, and attribute the new machine and the professionals here who really cared so well for me. I'm so thankful to them and for Dignity Health for this option of MRI for us who can't fathom getting into a regular machine! They even let my husband accompany me on my last scan to make me feel even Comforted! Thank you, Dignity Health!

Asked to arrive at 0645 Arrived five minutes early. Kind of difficult to find. Especially in the dark. The entrance is in the back of the facility. Perhaps could be more lighting. Do not think this a Dignity problem. The admission person was friendly and personable at o dark hours. Was checked in and before I could finish paperwork was called back. Rafael was my technologist . Rafael was very personable. Rafael took great care of me. I am post operative for shoulder surgery. I expressed my concerns. He helped me get positioned in the MRI and feel comfortable. That twenty two minutes passed quickly. Appreciate you.

I have had a variety of doctors in this practice over the past 20 years. Some have been good, some…read moreaverage and some poor. Due to a positive visit with him, along with recommendations from friends, I tried for some time to get assigned to him. I was not accommodated because he was not taking new patients due to excessive workload. When I learned that my previous doctor, who I liked even though I had him for just a short time, was transferring to a different office, I once again sought him out. I got lucky when I went in for a visit and I spoke with him about the length of time that I have been working on this. He relented and worked out the change for me. I have now seen Dr. Baquero three or four times and I have been impressed with the amount of time he spends with me during each visit. The doctor never seems to be in a hurry to push me out the door. He carefully explains things in a way that I can understand and he offers sage advice. He is also very caring and courteous (he even apologized prior to the least enjoyable part of a male physical exam!).

Since Dr. Baquero has become my family doctor, he earned my trust over the years. He is very calm and very knowledgable, which is the most important qualification for a doctor. He also has nice bed manner but that's just a plus for me. I go to see a doctor because I want to have an accurate and fast diagnosis, and Dr. Baquero can deliver this. I gave 4 stars because their office staff is not that efficient. If I need a referral, it takes a long time. But still I go there because of Dr. Baquero and I can bear with other imperfections.

I'm hungry and thirsty because you can't eat or drink 8 hours before your procedure. I got here on time, but of course they are behind schedule saying some people came in out of sequence. What does that mean? Sigh. I appreciate being taken in on time and not made to sit around getting nervous. I still give this place, the nurses and the doctors high ratings, but I'm upset when they can't keep at least close to the schedule. It's not fair, it sucks, and this shouldn't happen. But, after I was taken in having waited and hour and 15 minutes, they explained how sometimes these things get thrown off due to complications etc. I want to thank the nurses and staff there for being awesome. Great place overall When I was brought in for my procedure I had really only waited about 1 1/4 hour. The nurse asked me how I was and I said, "Angry, I was told to be here at 1:15 for a 1:30 procedure, and I've been sitting here steaming I suppose, but now that you are taking me I'm over it." Lol, why do I do that to myself jeez! She apologized and explained how sometimes surgeries go longer than expected, and that this morning one surgery went an hour over. From the first interaction with Linda, to the cheerful and calming nurses beyond the front desk (Sorreal, Penny, Emily and Sheila)...my surgery day was anxiety-free and actually a pleasure to attend. From a painless IV insertion in the beginning, to a rapid and complication free recovery from general anesthesia in the end...I would do it again in a heartbeat. They are a well tuned machine and a true team of professionals. It really helps them to achieve this also if you try to be the best patient that you can be!

They processed my check in and then said but since you don't have your paperwork filled out we have to reschedule you. This was after I confirmed my appt and they never told me to get to the office early or I would be rescheduled. Even if that was their policy, the office was near empty and they could have made an exception or said fil out the paperwork and we will see if the doctor can fit you in. How many times are we left sitting waiting on the doctor? I also might add that I showed up the day before because I had the day wrong. They looked me up and told me my appointment was tomorrow. They could've easily checked to see if they had my paperwork at that time.
