They processed my check in and then said but since you don't have your paperwork filled out we have to reschedule you. This was after I confirmed my appt and they never told me to get to the office early or I would be rescheduled. Even if that was their policy, the office was near empty and they could have made an exception or said fil out the paperwork and we will see if the doctor can fit you in. How many times are we left sitting waiting on the doctor? I also might add that I showed up the day before because I had the day wrong. They looked me up and told me my appointment was tomorrow. They could've easily checked to see if they had my paperwork at that time.

Unhappy with that doctor calling me repeatedly by the wrong name and using the wrong person's chart, I switched to Dr Singh. He has been a godsend. I've seen him in both his offices and am impressed with the time he takes with each patient and the degree of openness he exhibits. Sometimes patients may have to wait a bit, but they can rest assured that Dr. Singh is giving others the same care and attention he gives to you. I don't recommend that you have cardiology issues, but if you do, Dr Singh Is the best.

He kept repeating the same binary questions almost as if he did not remember what he said a few minutes ago. I could not tell if he was retaining the information I was saying, nor did he really seem to ask the right questions or any open ended questions. He then offered a solution to "my symptoms," but he had never even asked what my symptoms were and cut me off when I tried to explain more. I had offered that I was concerned about a possible diagnosis and he never asked what led me to think I would have it...I'm not sure how you can solve the symptoms without even asking that question.

So I asked her for the 'regular' number where could cancel/change an app and to leave a message. She said that the emergency line and the regular number are actually The Same Number... I said well I need to leave a message, she told me that I could not leave a message with her! Can you imagine that??? A message service that doesn't actually take any messages! My son didn't seem to be interested much in the world around him. He didn't seem respond to his name and said very few words. He also started head banging at night around 18month. Dr Dyer looked him over and said: " well, he makes eye contact so he is not autistic. And then gave me some speech about child development stages. Basically, he didn't take my concerns seriously at all. I didn't know what was going on with my son and trusted Dr Dyer. Another year went by and I again brought up my concerns. He still didn't think (after his 5 minute observation ) that anything was wrong with my son's development. In a nut shell, He gave me bad advice. My son was eventually diagnosed with Autism Sectrum Disorder through another doctor and struggles in so many ways. If Dr Dyer would of respected the fact that I know my son better than he does and maybe he should trust my gut feeling and send him for testing, my son would of received services much earlier. He is not a Pediatrician that keeps up with current medical findings regarding Autism. I know another mother of an Autistic boy who had a similar experience with Dr Dyer. At every checkup, we discuss concerns, development, immunizations, everything at length. He's never made me feel rushed and always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have. Last month, my toddler broke his leg and Dr Dyer and his staff went the extra mile to get us into a specialist within an hour of my first call. They set the appointment, forwarded the xrays, everything was taken care of. I was a wreck seeing my baby hurt and they were so obliging and caring. His nurse even called once a week for a month just to check on us! We will continue to entrust our children's Healthcare to him and his staff.
