Definitely would NOT recommend Marshall Floral & Gift. We ordered a deluxe bouquet from the menu of arrangements available for a birthday gift. I was incredibly embarrassed by what was delivered; it was nothing close to what we ordered & paid for. I tried contacting the owner but it was after hours & support line stated they only assisted with new orders. I sent a FB message to notify the shop & requested they call me to resolve the next day. I had not received a call so I called in the afternoon. The owner Peggy answered & was extremely rude and argumentative from the moment the call started. She stated she had to make substitutions & flowers she used cost more so what she delivered was equal to what we paid. I communicated the substitution policy on her website communicates a change in flower made be made of equal value but not a reduction in the quality and style. I requested she remake the arrangement & deliver what we ordered. Peggy refused & continued to be rude. I then requested she pick up the arrangement & cancel our order since we did not get what we paid for & her conduct was completely unprofessional. Peggy communicated she would do nothing to resolve, stated she doesn't do refunds & hung up on me. 1st pic is what we ordered 2nd pic is what was delivered. I ordered flowers for my sister's 40th birthday over a week in advance. I don't live in Marshall so I wasn't able to go into the shop and opted to order online. They were to be delivered to her house on Saturday 7/20. My mom informed me the following day they weren't delivered. I called today (Monday) to see what the problem was. The guy who answered said that he attempted to deliver them but couldn't find her house. He tried to call the phone number I provided for my mom but it was disconnected. Turns out I had a typo so I take the blame for that. When I asked why he didn't try to call me, he paused and said he guessed he should have. He had decided to deliver the flowers on his way home for the day and didn't have my information. I have no idea where the flowers were all weekend if he was headed home. Fast forward to today at noon... no effort was made to contact me to inform me of the delivery issue. Had I not pestered my mom to tell me my sister's reaction, I wouldn't have known they weren't delivered and I have a feeling I wouldn't have been reimbursed. I was sent a photo of the flowers. Although very pretty, they look nothing like what I ordered. I will absolutely not use Marshall Floral again. read more

He was very professional in taking my order and through out our transactions went above and beyond in great customer service. The flowers were delivered exactly as promised and were absolutely beautiful! My aunt was extremely happy and had a wonderful birthday all thanks to Marshall Floral. I've used Marshall Floral for years, they do beautiful custom arrangements. Never had a single issue. Excellent service, very nice people.

I currently live in Washington and ordered my little sister a tree and a bouquet of flowers for her birthday. My sister goes to school in Malta Bend, Missouri which is ten minutes from Marshall. I made sure when ordering online that the florist I picked would deliver there. I spent some time trying to decide which tree and flowers to send. I decided on a ficus tree and a beautiful bouquet called "make a wish". The next day I decided to call the business to make sure they were going to deliver the items before school was out. The lady then informed me that Malta Bend was 20 miles away, and that she would do her best. I was shocked having lived there myself I knew it was only 10 miles. Plus that is irrelevant considering I paid almost $200 for flowers and a tree to be delivered to Malta Bend that day. Well the ficus tree wasn't available and thank goodness I called or I wouldn't have known. When my sister called she commented on the poor quality of the flowers. They were not cheap by any means. I'm going to post four pictures, two of the items I ordered online, and two of the items my sister received. The quality is terrible, the customer service, was terrible. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. You are in the customer service business to serve people. Do not act like you are doing me a favor by doing your job. read more

I ordered flowers from here for my wife. I called 2 times with no answer but since I know it's a small business they may not always be available so I called back a third time. Talked to a very nice lady who took my order. The flowers were very pretty and as of day 2 they are even better as the blooms are opening up fully. They delivered as promised and overall I am happy with my purchase. My only recommendation is get an answering machine or voicemail so as to allow people to know you are open. I started to wonder after the second call. Thanks for the beautiful flowers. My wife loved them. read more

Went online to Marshall floral and gifs and ordered The first set of flowers on Thursday for funeral on Saturday...when I arrived to the funeral on Saturday the arrangement that was there was flowers at number two ....now please tell me somebody if that is not what I ordered I called Marshall floral the woman refuses to even reimburse me half of what I pay for these flowers but insist on saying that there was a lovely arrangement and that she thought it was Beautiful ...that's fine for you but flower set number one is what I ordered in total I paid $79...She is refusing to even pay me half even when I had the funeral director or his associate ,I'm not too sure which one, even told me that ...those flowers are not even close to what I ordered ...understand she never called me to tell me that it was going to be a different arrangement or that she did not have the flowers that I wanted to be sent ...this is bad for business!!! so please don't use them not unless you actually go inside and pick your flowers...now yes I'm extremely pissed off about it because it's also my birthday and I wanted thisArrangement to be sent to the way it shows in the picture... but if you cannot then you need to call somebody ...again I made this order on Thursday. If anyone in Marshall loves me and adores me. Descriptions of floral arrangements are not even close to what is delivered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady who I brought the flowers back to because I wanted my money back was very rude. She asked me " what's it gonna take you to be happy" to simply get rid of me.I only got greenery to make up for the roses. Definitely not worth the money. Horrible service. read more
