I called this salon after researching places that were open on Monday that possibly had an opening (as most places were still pretty booked as they were closed due to COVID). I had actually seen my normal hair dresser the week prior, and I feel really bad as she is a very nice person and a friend, but the hair was not at all what I was asking for and way too bright for my taste. So this morning when I called Marshall's, it was a call in desperation in hopes that they had availability for a color correction and treatment due to a double process taking a toll on my hair. Joann had answered the phone and took a lot of consideration of what my hair used to look like, what the stylist had done to my hair previously, and what look I was ultimately going for. After hearing my story, she asked what time I could be there. Before I knew it I was in the shop and Joann was getting to work!! Not only did Joann mix up/work magic on my hair, the salon itself was super cute and comfortable. I will definitely be back to this salon!!!
