This was the best manicure ever. Sue was my tech. She was very knowledgeable about everything. Very very clean about everything. She was very gentle with the nail file ( some techs can be aggressive with emery boards). Everything about this manicure was perfect. The dust from the manicure was vacuumed by a drain in the table ( I've never seen that feature in a salon). My nails are perfect. And she finished with a neck and shoulder rub that was much appreciated.8 The salon was also welcoming and friendly. Not all salons are intimate and warm. I've never left a massage feeling more tense than when I walked in. Until today. First of all, the massage chair is in the middle of the nail salon area. Within full view and earshot of other customers. Not very relaxing. The chair massage I received was lackluster at best and painful at worst. I repeatedly asked for less pressure and winced at times when I wasn't listened to. I just got laughter in response. Never again. read more

I've gone here twice and while the service was good, it is overpriced ($15+ more than my old spot per service and not as high quality). I've also tried to book twice in the last month and my appointment was canceled both times. I recently moved to Cranberry from Ross Township and I'll be driving the 25 minutes to my usual spot by Ross Park Mall due to these issues. read more

This was my first-ever manicure and I was disgusted with what they did. They didn't clean under my nails at all and they looked like I was working in dirt all day when they were done. They didn't removed all the nail polish I had in from Halloween either. I had to goto Sally's and buy a tool so I could clean them properly. English wasn't their first language so I didn't bother saying anything. I won't be going back and I have already lined up a REPUTABLE nail place. read more

My sister normally does our nails but we decided to do something special for vacation. I booked online which was easy, but I felt tricked on prices. We both got gel-x which was $55 online. The process seemed rushed and my sister and I's nails were flooded. I picked a simple design because I didn't want to be that person that picked something really complex and be dissapointed with the outcome. I ended up leaving disappointed because I just wanted a small design, and mine ended up taking up the whole nail... not to mention the design is upside down. At the end of the appointment I was charged $65, which maybe some of that was from an additional cost of an accent nail, but what I asked for was super easy to do so no way I should've been charged an addition $10. Overall it was an okay experience, the employees were nice and it's clean inside. I personally just believe if I'm spending $65 you can take more time on the detailing to make it look how I asked, especially because it would have been easier. read more

so this was my first visit here for waxing and i got a brazillian and my underarms waxed.. let's just say that it wasn't the best. the whole situation was weird. i typically go to the body bar in cranberry to get my waxing done but this time i wanted to see if this small business was better and it was not. the girl who waxed me was very uncomfortable with doing it. she made faces and remarks about how much hair i had and the waxing rooms are small and not really made to do brazillians since the beds are so close to the wall. she missed a lot of hair on the outer "inner" lip area and she didn't do my behind so i ended up making another appointment with the body bar after this experience today. not to mention she double dipped the stick used for the wax, didn't really apply enough wax in the first place or really hold my skin taught while pulling and she briefly wiped me with some baby oil but there was still wax between my lady bits. i don't think this place should be doing waxing in the first place. i recommend the body bar or sugared at blush instead. read more
