So that day, we had two teams here for at least 3 hours. While I'm happy with the overall work, I was unhappy with the mess left all over my closet from cleaning ducts. Had I known, I would have removed my clothing from the closet. Also registers left off and holes made in ducts not covered. Needless to say, spending that amount of money on cleaning there shouldn't be a mess for me to clean up or dry cleaning required post visit. Just had them back this month for carpets and furniture.
