Don't Bother - Waste of Time!…read more A few nice guys came out to look at our house that needed both HVAC and Plumbing work. My husband said they were knowledgeable and nice guys. They inspected the job and discussed the scope of the project. A week later, I called for the bid. Stan got on the phone and said they weren't interested in bidding on the job. Said that they primarily handle commerical jobs. Whaat?? When I booked the appointment the woman asked if this was residential or commerical. She nor the guys that came out to look at the house never said that they don't do residential. I often wonder how businesses with poor customer service survive. I mean any professional SERVICE company that takes time to come and inspect a job submits a bid. My husband and I are both nice and professional people, so it's not like we offended them in anyway. They clearly are not interested in getting new business. I'd never recommend this company to anyone.
