I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. Lots of different sizes are available, including men's childrens and of course, womens. My mom and I love it here because they also have great markdowns and sales. Some of the clothing can be expensive, but not any more then other places. The service here is great, and we've never had a problem. Each department has their own staff and there's always someone around. They also offer gift wrapping upstairs, and have a charge card that doesn't charge any interest. I've gotten quite a few outfits from them over the years and it's been a great experience thus far.
