Highly recommend this business for your floral arrangements. I called from out of state to have a basket of flowers delivered. The basket was breathtaking, fresh, beautifully arranged and ribbon was personalized with dog bones and puppy feet (as I had told them it was for a dog breeder) never expected that personal touch. They took the time to inquire about exactly what I wanted and offered info on their stock to help me decided. There is nothing better than the personalized warmth you get from a small business. Never received my order. I paid for it. I was billed for it but never heard from them since I placed my order.

Lorrie is so wonderful to work with. I hired Marshall's Flowers and Gift for my wedding and she went above and beyond. I met with Lorrie in the shop with nothing but Pinterest photos at first, and she rattled off every single type of flower that was visible. She showed me what she had available and had me look up photos of what other types she could order to make sure I liked the variety. She told me late October would be too late in the season to get dahlias available, and we found mums that looked similar to add to the quote. Last minute she found dahlias from one of her growers and surprised me by adding them to the arrangements. I threw a couple of curveballs Lorrie's way with quantity issues last minute (I didn't read the invoice thoroughly enough to realize I hadn't told her my new thoughts on centerpieces) and she handled it with grace and rearranged flowers from some other pieces to make it all work. The arrangements came out SO beautiful. Lastly, much better value for your dollar than other florists I visited in the Concord/Southern NH area. The same project quoted elsewhere was way out of my budget, but Lorrie worked with me the whole time to show the value of each type of flower and what each "piece" would cost, and we were able to come to a price that worked for me! Delightful floral and gift shop! Besides gorgeous floral displays, they have a great little gift shop up front that is just adorable. In addition to that, they have impeccable customer service. The owner was so friendly and personable and made it such a nice experience. If you're near Concord or en route north on 93 or Routes 3 or 4, head on over here because I think you'll be as impressed as I was. read more

When I called last minute and spoke with Lorrie about making up a bouquet for Alexis she asked me what I was thinking and I wasn't really sure so I asked her to surprise me and she couldn't have done things more perfect. We recently celebrated a wedding and we along with our Bride and Groom couldn't be more pleased with Marshall's Florist, Lorrie the owner was amazing to work with. My daughter-in-law had a vision and Lorrie brought it to light. They constantly bounced ideas off each other and Lorrie was willing to do anything and everything. The centerpieces were very tall and detailed and in 3 pieces, she actually spent time at the venue the day before and morning of the wedding putting them all together. Every floral decoration she did was absolutely full and beautiful. Just two weeks before the wedding we decided to change up the base of the center pieces and to do a back ground behind the very large bridal head table. She along with another vendor made up wooden etched boxes that came out outstanding and places beautiful 7/8 foot curly willows with fairy lights inside the boxes. Lorrie said let's do it and she got done. Lorrie also had our Brides "woodsy theme" in mind when she went to a floral show and saw wooden vases, with our bride in mind she purchased them so that all the bouquets would sit beautifully above the garland across the head table of 15. This is how special Lorrie is and how she truly cares about the outcome of her work and truly wants to satisfy her clients. I have to be honest, being a detailed person myself I am very pleased with the length she went through to make it all come together. The vases looked awesome on the head table it actually pulled is all together. The night before the wedding we noticed the "Here Comes the Bride" sign was missing that the flower girl was going to be carrying. I couldn't help but think how disappointed she would and that she had to have something to carry. I emailed Lorrie at 10pm praying she would see my cry for help in hopes of creating something with flowers left over from the ladies bouquets or maybe the centerpieces. I was overjoyed to see Lorrie got my email for when she came to the room the morning of the wedding with all the bouquets for the ladies, who were in awe of the beautiful work she had done, the little 8 year old flower girls face lit up with delight and jumped up and down when Lorrie handed her a mini bouquet matching the ladies, she knew it was hers and her face was priceless. To see the relief on the Brides face was amazing. It was so touching to say the least. Flowers really make an occasion and everyone at our wedding were in awe of what Lorrie constructed from the uniqueness of the Church flowers, pews flowers, 7corsages, 12 boutonnieres, 7 bouquets, the 36 ft garland on the head table, the 3 curly willows boxes with fairy lights behind the head table, the 22 center pieces with fairy lights, right down to the last minute beautiful flower girl bouquet. I will say that Lorrie goes above and beyond and her willingness to please her customers is very well appreciated. I would give 10 stars if I could. Being a very detailed person it was a pleasure working with Lorrie and her team. If we celebrate anything in NH again Lorrie will be our go to person. I met with Marshall's Florist to go over my ideas for my wedding flowers. Our wedding had bride/groom, 6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen, 3 sets of parents of groom/bride, and 7 grandparents that all needed flowers. Lorrie, the owner, gave me great ideas for bouquets and boutonnieres! Their prices are absolutely reasonable and well worth every penny! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marahall's Florist! I called to make an appointment to visit the picturesque farmhouse to discuss the unique floral ideas that my sister had in mind for her husband's casket. When I arrived, Lorrie had been in touch with the funeral home & read my brother-in-law's obituary because she wanted to get an understanding of the man we were paying tribute to. She referred to several points mentioned about his life to make suggestions she felt might be appropriate & every one of her ideas was perfect. His casket topper couldn't have been more special & personal if we had picked the daisies in a field & arranged them with love ourselves. Lorrie goes above and beyond. My daughter, Leah, was married last year and all the flowers were beautiful! The wedding was beyond exceptional, and of course, I am over the moon happy for my daughter and son-in-law, Will. The bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces were perfect, and the delivery of the church flowers. Everything was on time without extra stress for anyone. I had ordered flowers over the phone. They were for a United States Air Force Veteran's Funeral.
