I received a dozen roses. Typically roses are delivered as buds and then they bloom as time goes by so you can enjoy them for several days. The roses I received were in full bloom at the time of their delivery on Wednesday evening. By Saturday morning they are wilting and petals are falling. My wife of 59 years wanted to show her appreciation for the nurse at Franklin Hospital for her care. This is where I come into the picture. I went to your store nd saw nothing that I thought was appropriate. I asked for something special and I was assured by the lady, that she knew exactly what I wanted. And in my enthusiasm, I said "I would pay 100 dollars for something very special. I should have shut my mouth at that time. Not knowing any better, I proceeded to show my ignorance of dealing with clerks. Then I, in my enthusiasm of getting something extremely special, I said," I will even go to 120 dollars if you meet my expectations. What I received was the worst possible excuse for an arrangement. I got one one of each of everything that was in the store and about ready to expire. And then she has the arrogance to say" That will be $120.63" Where in this world could you come up with 63 cents, just forget the rest. The Blossom Shop is a Major Disappointment! If your event is important to you, or someone you love, get your flowers somewhere else! My Godmother is a senior citizen who recently moved to a nursing home in the area... I live 1200+ miles away and wasn't able to visit her for Mother's Day, so I googled local flower shops, and The Blossom Shop was at the top of the list... I ordered a beautiful Mother's Day arrangement (according to the picture on the website), and they agreed to deliver on Friday 5/10/24, (2 days before Mother's Day) The total was $103 and change including tax & delivery fees... When I called my Godmother on Mother's Day, the flowers I ordered hadn't been delivered... I called the front desk at the nursing home, and they said they didn't receive any flowers... The Blossom Shop was closed, so I had to wait another day to speak to someone. Early Monday morning, I received an email from them saying they were sorry for the delay, and if I could give them my order number, they would try to deliver the flowers by 6pm, and if they didn't get to it by 6pm, they would deliver them on Tuesday... Today is Tuesday, 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered, and still no flowers! What if this was for a funeral ?! I told them, at this point forget the flowers, just refund my money! Again, They asked me to provide them with my order number... I happened to find the order number in the subject line of all or our emails back and forth... I copied the order number and sent it to them again, and within a few minutes they replied... "Great News, your Mother's Day flowers will be delivered today by 6pm" NO! This is ridiculous, and Unacceptable! This order was supposed to be delivered 2 days BEFORE Mother's Day, Not 2 Day AFTER Mother's Day! (4 Days Late) If you can send them back in time, and deliver them last Friday, fine... If you can't send them back in time, then I just want my money back. Well, you missed the day that the flowers needed to be delivered. The funeral was over for days by the time the flowers were delivered. You had my phone number and you could have called or even texted me THE DAY YOU KNEW that you couldn't fulfill. my order. I couldn't get to my email since there was obviously a death in the family. You should do something other than send an email at 4pm on a Friday with the lame excuse that LABOR DAY is "high order volume holiday". Who sends flowers on LABOR DAY that makes it a high volume holiday? It's not like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day or even President's Day. You could have called and given me the chance to go to Hannaford to pick up a bouquet and vase. read more

So I had a serious issue with an online flower service. Day after day they called" we can't deliver today. How about tomorrow?" When it happened again I canceled that order and called The Blossom Shop! They were so very nice and at the last minute put together a birthday bouquet for my sister that made her so happy! She posted pictures on social media to show everyone how gorgeous they were and how nice the delivery person was! The flowers were so beautiful and fresh and the customer service was fantastic!!! Kendra has the empathy of a rock. I live in FL. My dad was ww11 vet. Since 2018, I was loyal customer and all I asked was that when they placed flowers at grave, could they please snap a photo and forward it to either my phone or email address. I had no problems until this year. First, I called on March 3 for birthday flowers. Was told too windy. Ok. I said I would talk to them in month for Easter. She told me I could order now. I did not expect her to charge me for flowers in March that would not even be prepared until April. I gave her card info and reminded her to snap a photo to forward to me. I am in Florida. If I am paying 65.00 for flowers, I would like to see them. She said absolutely nothing to me about a photo charge. She is not out there with a tripod. We are talking about maybe 40 seconds to snap photo and click forward to. 2 days before Easter I figured I better call as I ordered a month earlier. At this point, I called and now was informed well they had been doing this since 2018. We are talking about 5 deliveries per year. She stated that she told the delivery girl to take photo but unless they heard from me, they would not forward it. I was stuck so I paid the absurd fee of 10.00 For a photo taken with a cell phone. That is as much as I paid for the delivery.. While I was on the phone. Their invoice came thru and said 60.00. Fine. Except in March. They charged me 65.00. I waited until Saturday and I never got a photo. I called the flower shop but they were closed. I contacted the administrator of Boscawen national and actually reached him in Chicago. He remembered me because one other time, the flower shop messed up and sent to wrong phone number. He told me to send him a brief note so that he would have my email. He then sent a note to hi staff that on Monday, could one of them go out there to take a photo for me. A staff member did this and sent it to me. I thanked her very much and explained what had happened and the charge. Her response was 10.00? That is outrageous. More outrageous is what happened next. I requested credit for the 5.00 difference and the 10.00 as they never sent me the photo. I woke up today to a voicemail from Kendra that she was not crediting me the 5.00. She went on to LIE and state the photo I got from the Veterans was from them so she was not crediting me the 10.00 either. Is she not very bright either? Did she not think I had all the correpondance and facts showing me who sent me the photo on Monday. Aside from that, think how stupid that would be. Oh, ok, we just snapped photo here at the grave so let's go walk to the office to make sure they send to the daughter. Right. I daresay that I am probably the only out of state daughter to even send flowers let alone request a photo. Well, Kendra may not issue a credit, but American Express had a different attitude and were also appalled that a florist would charge 10.00 to take a cellphone photo and click on forward. I informed Boscawen national as to Kendra s statements that she claimed she gave them the photo. Well, the office was closed and the admistrator had not a clue who she even was. I told the administrator I would be happy to make a 50.00 donation to the cemetery if they could do this for me. He told me there was no need to do that and it was their honor to be able to provide me with a photo. Of dad's grave the 5 times a year I sent. It disgusts me that Kendra of the blossom shopp saw fit to charge the daughter of a ww11 veteran 10.00 for a 35 second photo shoot. They will never get another penny from me and my business will go to Marshall's who actually provides flowers for 90 percent of Boscawen national. I spoke with them and they were very nice and also shocked at the horrible treatment and total lack of customer service. Adios Kendra and the Blossom Shoppe. You are far from being the only flower shop in town, an certainly not the best. read more

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered today before 1 pm.,  January 22, 2022. At 5 pm the flowers had not been delivered, so I called your customer service number.  I was told there was a supply issue problem, whatever that means!!!!  And that they would not be delivered until Monday.  I never received a phone call or an email telling me that there was a problem.  But, I was charged an expedited delivery fee. This has been the poorest of customer service that I have ever encountered.  My niece is ill and I wanted to send her flowers to cheer her.  I would have found someone else if you had the decency to let me know you could not fulfill the order. I was told by the customer service rep that they would be delivered Monday.  I expect this to be done first thing Monday.  If you are unable to fulfill this, please let me know immediately. read more

I can't say enough about this shop. I wanted to send flowers to a relative that lives in the area and chose the blossom shop based on their reviews. I couldn't be more pleased. I ordered online and then called the shop to make sure they knew the location since it can be a little hard to find. Someone answered right away when I called and was so nice. They verified they knew where I was talking about and the rest of the order including an early delivery time today. Very nice place to go to get flowers for someone or maybe a corsage for an event. Great place to get a dozen roses or a bouquet instead of a grocery store. Also a great spot to get small gifts to go along with the flowers. I've bought flowers here MANY times before and I love how they look every time. One time I did get a corsage that had one flower that was starting to wilt but only once. I would recommend anyone to go here. read more

so I ordered flowers to Surprise my girlfriend at work so I spend 30 minutes looking for flowers that's she would love I find them and buy then to be delivered to her work a few hours later I get a picture from her of the flowers and they were not at all what I ordered so I call the place back and say they sent the worng flowers they say I had tho email them a picture of the flowers they sent so I did 2 days later i get a call and long story short they didn't have the flowers i wanted in stock so they put what looks to be cheep flowers not near as good looking as what I bought witch was the (pink exotic daze) the flowers I got sent were small weed looking like flowers out of a garden. I got pink roses and they sent me white lilies and white daisey I'm very disappointed at how they handled the calls when I called them they seems very aggravated at me. And I was being nice and just wanted to know what happened anyways at the end of the day call and see if they actually have your flowers or something before they send you some random bs. They said they couldn't give me a refund I complained about why and then she said 10% off then I said that's still bad then she said 15% refund after how there were being I just said it's whatever just kinda seems a little dirty to me I will probably never order from here again it was my first time and my last. have a good day hope this helps read more

While they are extremely nice and genuine people, many of the arrangements they produce look--how should I put this?--very outdated and on the cheap side. I've seen flowers come out of this place looking like a bouquet you could buy in the grocery store, and others that just look a bit too old-fashioned. They seem to favor baskets and ribbons, as well as inexpensive filler flowers; carnations, daises, ferns. While I have also seen really beautiful, quality arrangements come out of this shop, it's not consistent. I would advise you to not give them creative license when ordering; you are better off being very specific or bringing in a picture of what you want. read more

I ordered an arrangement from there web Called Purple Passion for my Mother on Mother's day. When my mom sent me a picture of her arrangement, I was so embarrassed. What was shown on web had more flowers, and should I say Purple flowers than what my mother received. I paid the Better price for a bit bigger arrangement as well. The arrangement my mother received was done in pinks with a few purple splashes of color and lots of green filler and a white wicker basket which the picture shows a nice glass bowl. I sent a e-mail to the The Blossom Shop on tone evening of Mother's Day expressing my disappointment. I received a reply requesting a picture, which I did. I have contacted the Shop 3 times and have not gotten a reply. If customer service is a priority, which web site says, they have a funny way of showing it. I feel not only embarrassed at what my Mother received but feel completely robbed. When you live 8 hrs away and order an arrangement & pay extra your recipient should get what was ordered for them. I have gotten 1 reply which was requesting a picture, which I sent and I can't even get a response back or anything. I would not recommend this place for that simple fact that they took my hard earned money and sent out the cheapest looking arrangement. If your not local, do not use this shop. 10 Days after the fact and the owner has not done anything to correct their mistake. Completely taken advantage of.
