Me and my two girlfriends went in for Milford's girls night out and went into this store very…read moreexcited to buy some Christmas gifts. When we walked in the woman attending the store and I'm guessing her and her two friends started loudly and uncomfortably talking about how people walk in and "just act like it's bar" (we were the only other ones in there) and as we continued to walk around looking through the store we continued to be "silently" berated about how "when they put out free things, it can attract anyone to come in looking for free drinks and food and not buy anything." Mind you, we have bought something at all other 12 stores that we went in around town that also offered the same girls night out perks. Each of those stores welcomed us with so much enthusiasm and made us feel very comfortable. We knew that we would come back to those stores time and time again because of the hospitality alone. I will never go into Ambiance again. I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable and I will never recommend this place to anyone that travels or frequents this area.

I think what holds me back from giving this place 5 stars is the fact that I've been going to this store for about 5 years, I go about once a month and often bring friends PLUS have made some rather pricy purchases (meaning between $50 and $295) and each time I walk in I expect the owner to know who I am and everytime I walk in she acts like she never saw me before. I think she should get to know her customers better, I mean, just because I'm not interested in her big white poodle doesn't mean I'm not interested in her book collection... I walked into the showroom with my current appliance measurements, the rough cut opening measurements, and prices in hand from Lowe's and Frigidaire. I was looking to gather some more information about the appliances I found online. Beings that it is not a big box store, I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to meet or beat any price from elsewhere. When considering the Price of delivery, the stove needing to be converted to LP, and the above the Range microwave, I got a much better deal than I could have gotten anywhere else. I didn't walk out with what I came in for which was all fridgidaire appliances. However, I got a fridge with updated veggie/fruit crisper drawers, a more powerful vented over the range microwave, and the stove I wanted that had dials in front and no touch pad. Nick the salesperson was very patient, kind, and even looked up the prices on Lowe's website and elsewhere to make sure Autel's prices were lower. I liked that I was helping a local economy and electrician.
