Really like this location a lot. I will say, this area is really developing, so naturally more people in the area shopping, eating, etc. It's become quite busy, and harder to find decent parking on a weekend. However, I typically always find what I'm looking for (plus some). I've also found that they usually have a pretty decent stock in sizes, and the deals are always great. Only thing I wish was that they had a section of adult pajamas, only thing I've really seen have been teen/kid pjs. Speaking of clothes, the racks are well organized which makes it easier for someone like me who gets overwhelmed in department stores! read more

I didn't visit this location much in the past because the store was run down and never had good stock. Surprised when we came this week and found the whole area revamped. There's a Williams Sonoma a couple stores down! Glad to see that it's more than just a face-lift on the outside. The inside has been remodeled as well and the layout is sooooo much better now AND the stock is better. Will definitely visit this location more now. read more

Marshall's has always been my go-to store for clothes and/or nic nacks for the home. My late mother loved Marshall's and would always take me there for clothes shopping. This location is very nice and has a decent selection. The staff is pleasant and very friendly and willing to help you find something if you need it in the store. Because of Covid-19, there were only two registers open and the lines are longer, but the line did go pretty quickly, so that did not bother me. The cashier was very nice and pleasant and checked me out with a smile and professional manner. Marshall's has a little bit of everything and you can always find good deals here if you look hard enough. I have always enjoyed shopping at Marshall's and will continue to do so in honor of my late mother. It's a wonderful store! read more

I love Marshall's! This store in particular disappointed me with awful customer service. Unfriendly and unhelpful: the concept of "customer is always right" is not in this store's vocabulary. I bought a suitcase that is defective: travel with it once, and zipper and frame broke. The store denied exchange and told me to contact the manufacture. The manager was rude and nasty: I have not returned anything for many years, and was making another purchase, so I am definitely not a habitual "returnee". Just uncalled for, and I won't be coming back to this particular location even though I like their selection of merchandise. read more

Truly the best place to get quality clothing and home goods for a cheap price. Every time I go here, I find something that I like and I enjoy how consistently they get new items in stock. They have a lot of quality brands that last for a long time, but are soooo much cheaper. I also tell everyone to only get purses/bags/luggage from here. I just got a brand-new leather purse that used to be $160 and was marked down to $30. Their luggage is also name-brand yet only about $50 a piece. So good. The staff here are efficient and keep the check out and dressing room lines go quickly. I recommend coming here on a weekday so there aren't any crowds! read more

I have been a long time shopper of both Marshalls and TJ Maxx. TJ Maxx is the parent company and also owns Home Goods and Sierra Trading Post. I think Marshalls and TJ Maxx are the best of all the discounted stores including Ross & Burlington. Of the stores available in my surrounding area Marshalls in West Carmel (off Michigan Road) is the best. They have a better and bigger selection than the Nora store. The pricing at all the stores under the TJ Maxx umbrella are excellent; far better than Nordstrom Rack for example. Returns are fairly easy too. Though this review is for the Nora Store - I would rank Carmel first then the Washington Street and then Nora as far as merchandise selection goes. I have not been to the new Hamilton Crossing location. read more

I used to be obsessed with TJ Maxx, but now I'm obsessed with this Marshall's! I know they're pretty much the same store but I swear this Marshall's location always has the best deals. I always find amazing designer and name brand trendy items for so cheap! This store definitely has the best deals. I love raiding their clearance sections, deals on deals! I think they have a lot more inventory than other locations as well. The parking lot for this Marshall's (and the rest of the plaza) is newly renovated and so nice. Way easier to get in and out of. read more

This Marshall's has good stuff but terrible customer service. A line of people and only two people working. They don't really greet you and they don't work with any efficiency. Spending my money here to not get good customer service is terrible. Management needs to do better! read more

Marshalls is not the king of customer service. Nor do they claim to be. What they reign supreme in is ridiculously low prices on high quality clothes. We're talking Perry Ellis, Ralph Lauren, Anne Taylor, and plenty of other rich people that I've never met, but make awesome clothes. They also have a lot of randomness here, like reject groceries from foreign brands, but they usually turn out to be tasty if you dare try 'em. They also have toys, shoes, a ton of useless but cool stuff to decorate your house with and also linens, bedding, curtains, pillows, and enough already. The other super cool thing they have here is LAY-A-WAY! It makes us broke yolk folk who like to dress like we have dough-nuts a way to earn ourselves a well deserved pat of butter on the back for paying it off in time. Now you may get an eye roll, a hungover manager, associates hollarin across the store at their friends, or if you're lucky, all three! However, they now have an easy return policy of actually getting your money back if you're not happy. It used to be is all you got is in-store credit for returns, but now they stand behind their goods because what they have are slow sellers, or mistimed marketing mistakes, not irregulars or previously worn items. So if you're like me and have gained a few pounds from all of the opportunities you've made yourself to Yelp, you'll be glad that you can stay fly-eye-eye-eye-eye-eye-eye-eye-eye, till you die-ie-ie-ie-ie-ie-ie-ie-ie*, thanks to Marshalls. *Shout out to 3-6 Mafia! read more

Rude customer service. Chase customers away. I approached the dressing room to try on a few items. There was a teen age manager training the dressing room attendant. It was well before closing , by more than one hour before, closing . the manager very rudely told me they were closed. I had (2) shirt to try on and she very rudely with a loud voice told me they were closed a second time, I don't know another store who turns people away like that. read more

Very disappointing. I've been in Marshalls stores before that had a nice selection of men's clothes. Not here. The selection is terrible. The service was awful. When I would ask an employee a question, they seemed put out. I tried some clothes on in a dressing room that had a curtain instead of a door. Even though an employee was working the dressing room, a guy still opened the curtain to my room and saw me undressed! This store is horrible across the board. I won't be back. read more

One of my all time go-to and favorite stores! Can always count on Marshall's to have a huge selection of just about every brand you could imagine! Very pleased with the look and cleanliness of the store, as well as the ease of location and parking. Even if I am not looking for anything in particular I usually walk out with at least something. This store definitely has a personality I connect with, allowing me to zone out and enjoy the shopping. Which is a nice distraction to allow me not to focus on the loud and unruly children that are usually running around. Marshalls is a great store to look for a good deal on shoes, clothing, bedding, decor, and housewares if your willing to look. It's hit or miss and you never know what treasure your going to find. The store in Nora is smaller than most but you can still find treasure. Their stock just depends on what they happen to have in at the time. Some of my favorite finds have been in the handbags! Fabulous brands and even some I have never heard of but with great quality leather. It's defiantly worth a look if you are a shopper! read more

First of all, I LOVE MARSHALLS!! Beware though a lot of the clothes that end up here do have defects so it is important to check seams, buttons, zippers etc. I usually shop at the Carmel, IN location off of Michigan road however, this location seems to have more Michael Kohrs and work out clothes which is a plus for me. Parking is not ideal especially with two kids, but it is well worth the trip. read more

This is my favorite Marshall's / TJMaxx to go to. Between this location, Michigan Rd, Castleton and Noblesville locations. The store is always kept clean, employees are always willing to help you out / answer any questions and they are polite. If I don't walk out of this store with at least 1 item, it's not the store something must be wrong with me. Nice shoe selection and the kitchen area either has a must have for your kitchen or some delicious honey that you've been wanting to try. Check them out. When you go, tell them Ande sent you. Ok. I had purchased an item in July and I did not have my receipt. The problem was that I did not pay attention and when I purchased it, the sales associate at cash register did NOT remove the security tag! I noticed it after I got home! The sales associate was too busy chatting with another sale associate at another register and missed the security tag. So I went to Marshalls to return an item and the person at the cash register treated me like a shoplifter! He said "in order to return I have to have a receipt" well it's been 6 or 8 months ago and I did not have my receipt. I was about to ask my husband to pull my Marshalls bill from our credit card because I don't make many purchases there and it was the ONLY item I had purchased back then! The clerk at the cash register was rude and implying that I stole the item. He humiliated me for no proof nor reason. Called in the manager and she accepted my return! But for future references, check your purchases for security tags because their cashiers aren't competent enough to remove those things! There was no apology from his side or anything. It's pretty strong accusation to imply that someone didn't pay for an item! On shopping level, that store is lacking good deals, not much of yellow tag merchandise, poor selection of designer brand names. Mostly mediocre department store brands. I would not shop here again. It is messy, dirty, very disorganized.. There are shoes and clothes all over the floor and no one seems to care. It is not a positive experience here at all, compared to other Marshall's stores that I've been to. They need to clean up and show that they care about selling merchandise. Plus, it doesn't feel safe here at night. read more
