I love the Old Navy in Hamilton Town Center. The are itself is great, tons of food and shopping options. If you're unfamiliar with the area there are stores like JCP, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, GameStop, Children's Place, Rue 21, and so on. Also multiple food choices: Yats, Red Robin, Qdoba, McAllister's, and Hullihans to name a few. I love Old Navy's clothing. You can find great styles for men, women, and kids. The store is always clean and staff is friendly and ready to help. The only complaint I have is the availability of sizes when sales are promoted. There have been several times when I see a Saturday sale is coming up and when I get to the store there's hardly any items to choose from. For example, most recently during Christmas there was a Saturday $5 pajama sale. I went right at opening time Saturday morning to find only small and xsmall sizes. Just seems to me there should be a large selection of choices for advertised sales. In these situations I buy the wrong size, save the receipt, and come back when the next shipment is in to exchange sizes, which I would prefer not to do. The best sales to wait for are the additional 30% or 40% off clearance. That's my Christmas! Best deals of the year! read more

This review is solely for the curbside pickup. Ordered online and picked up at this location. There is 1 designated curbside pickup parking space directly in front of the store entrance. There are about 8 other spaces also directly in front of the store. Just used the link provided in the email to notify them I was there. Filled out a few questions (make/model of car, color of car, and description of where you parked) then submitted. An employee showed up in a couple minutes with my order. I really like this Old Navy & come here often when I'm around the area. It is very well organized and things are easy to find. They always have some good clearance sale going on in babies and adults. I've recently began shopping here more after I had my daughter because their baby clothes are sooo cute. I always leave with a few things for my daughter at a decent price. It seems like there is always some type of sale on the baby clothes. Maybe that's why I keep coming back. This last time I went in, there want anything that i found that caught my eye for me. I like to buy work clothes here (cardigans, dresses, dress pants, etc.) but literally found nothing. Maybe I'll go back in a couple weeks and see if I can find something. read more

This is a pretty nice old navy, but lacking in plus sized selection. The isles are about as clean as can be expected, with the typical exploded clothing racks here and there. It's a good idea to purchase clearance online and have it shipped here for free. read more

I think every time I come here, the place is a madhouse (usually weekends). Stuff is everywhere because it's been rifled through by customers and not put back like they found it. This is especially true when Old Navy is having a sale (I lucked out and came recently on the day when jeans were 50% off!!!!) Usually they're out of my size on jeans because for some reason, it seems like we tall girls all wear the same size so the Longs can be hard to find! However, it IS really great that Old Navy carries short, regular, and long jeans. It really makes it easy for those of us where one length does not fit all. I think this location is comparable to others in town. It's in Hamilton Town Center so there's a lot of parking around. It's near the corner with Houlihan's so it's easy to get to without having to drive through the entire shopping center. read more

This Old Navy is actually pretty easy to locate within the Hamilton Town Center shopping area. It's super close to DSW and luckily you have some parking options with this one. If you've ever driven through here on a weekend, you know it can get a bit dicey when trying to find a parking spot. What I love most about Old Navy is the fun, colorful clothing selections for all ages and --- the SALES. Lord have mercy, I love those sales. I went the other day and was able to still benefit from their holiday splendor. What bugs me, unfortunately, is the fact that it never seems organized. Ever. My last visit was to search for a baby shower gift and it took me too long to locate the right size as everything seemed to have its own place - which made no sense to the shopper. Other than the messy feel, I really can't complain. It's definitely not going to detour me from going back. Please. I'm not that anal. But tidying up never hurt anyone ... so it might make the experience a BIT more enjoyable. :) read more

I love Old Navy for their deals! They have an awesome clearance section, but it's almost always a complete mess. There are often clothes strewn on the floor, and the sizes aren't organized well. The employees are helpful if you need them, but they're usually busy. The checkout line is pretty long all the time, and I've never seen more than 3 cashiers at once, even on crowded days. The bathrooms in this store are also disgusting every single time I've been. read more
