This Marshalls is heavily tourist driven. Shoes and clothing tend to be pretty picked over. They had a decent selection for handbags in persons and some decent options for home. I didn't end up getting anything here, but it's nice to have one in the area read more

Stopped in actually really quickly at just a look. However that did not happen. I grabbed some witch hazel microcellular water for my face. For four dollars. And then believe it or not I actually found what I was looking for online for my fiancé last night at the store. It is going to be the Brookstone for men's set of beer promenade for three dollars, the men's face scrub moisturizer for four dollars, and the men's three and one shampoo body wash and face Toto this Marshalls I definitely recommend it. However it was a little bit disorganized and very messy I was still able to find what I've been looking for! The lady checking me out was super nice and asked me if I needed anything else and I said nope not today. read more

I am never really impressed by these stores but you can find a wide selection of items at decent prices. My kids like going in to see what they might find. Some really good deals on phone cases. On this trip they picked up a couple of throw blankets. I enjoyed browsing the selection of food products available. read more

Standard location without much to make in unique or stand out from any other of its sister stores. We headed in to look at stuff for Christmas shopping and browsed through most areas. They have all the typical stuff, clothes, deco, pet stuff, accessories, etc. Line was backed up but considering the time of year, not surprising. It moves decently quick considering they put everyone in one line and move them as each register comes open. Staff was mostly up front at the registers, which is always a complaint of mine for this chain. If you need help with anything on the floor you're on your own. Overall: B Standard location, nothing to write home about. read more

Rude employees and the manager is 10 times worse. If you care about customer service please do not give them business. The manager dhould be fired and never allowed to work with people. I went into this store yesterday to get some baby items, when I walked in there wasn't a hand sanitizer it cart wipe anywhere in sight. I called the store this morning and spoke with the manager Andrea who told me that cart wipes and hand sanitizers are not located at the front of the store. I have to take the dirty cart and push it to customer service (the lines are always long) and ask for a wipe or hand sanitizer. This simply does not make sense to me, I asked for the district manager's number which she gave me but no one answered the phone. Be aware of this location and be safe folks. read more

Today, I went to Marshall's in search of a White Elephant party gift. As soon as I walked in, they had plenty of gifts that could possibly qualify for that or any other Christmas gift. They seemed to have much more out being that it's the shopping season. I found a good gift right at the front of the store, but also went to home goods and toys to look for other Christmas gifts. I looked at quite a number of items and prices were reasonable. Especially on the toys. Alot of the action figures had been marked down to $5.00. If any last minute gifts pop up, I might stop by this store again. The checkout line was a bit on the long side, but they called up two more employees to help. This location is o.k. Good selection of items. Good for shoes and decor for the home. I feel this is one of those stores that you need to arrive to early in the mornings to obtain the best deals. Also it's the best time to shop here as I also feel the store tends to have that picked through look the later you come. I was able to pick up a good amount of office gifts and stocking stuffs for the holiday seasons here are more then reasonable prices. For sure a good place to try. I love Marshalls, but during this time of Covid, some stores have been so low on merchandise that it has been difficult. This Marshalls did NOT disappoint, but had a good amount of helpful, seasonal clothing and shoes, which we have struggled to find elsewhere. The store was clean, we were greeted with friendly and helpful employees upon entering and the registers were safely sectioned off to keep both customers and employees. This specific store is doing a fantastic job and reflects good management and excellent employee morale. We shopped there three times this week and will be back! Nice, clean store with lots of items to look at, and you can't shop at this store without finding something! However, there was only one cashier checking people out when there were four people in line. Finally, another cashier was paged to the front but seemed to take their time and I was disappointed by the fact that the cashiers just didn't make an effort or show urgency in trying to get customers checked out fast so that we leave happy. read more

Went to Marshalls on Centerview Blvd in Kissimmee. The cashiers need to be retrained. Having worked in retail mgmt the last 15 years I understand the POS process. A purse I bought 3 weeks ago was damaged so I brought it back to exchange. She told me the refund had to go on a gift card. I said can we just use the credit towards the new purse and a few other items I was buying she said "no honey it doesn't work like that" what! So I said ok put it on a card and we will just use as part of payment. She was on her headset speaking Spanish to a co worker which is very rude. (Her name was Denice).. So transaction finished. I went to my car and noticed she charged me twice for the top I bought! So back in I go. The next cashier said that my "return" would have to go on a gift card! What! I said no I spent $135 on my debit and technically she should have offered me cash. And this was a mistake from the previous cashier! I was not returning anything! She talked to her coordinator who told her no it does not go on a gift card. It goes back to my debit. For the love people managing this new Marshalls train your associates to show courtesy and respect for your customers! Don't roll your eyes. Tell customers they are wrong and do not speak a language other than English while on the sales floor! read more

Went to this Marshalls to try to find an inexpensive dress and the first thing I noticed was the store was so dirty when I walked in. It was busy because of back to school shopping but the racks were a mess and when I did find a dress to try it on it was ripped at the seam where the zipper was so I did not see the point in paying so much money for a dress I just had to go home and mend. When I went into the dressing room with the 1 item the plastic ticket they give you looked like it had been chewed up by the dog. So many spanish speaking people in the dressing room sounded like they were having a party it was so loud and annoying because they just kept going on and on in spanish and getting louder and louder. Not a place I would recommend unless you are on a very tight budget and deperate. read more
