First the customer service was great, I didn't get her name but the person that greeted me was so friendly and nice. I had one dress, two layers that I needed taken up. There are several dressing rooms to change into and when I came out, she quickly and efficiently pinned it but after she asked the length I wanted. I was not in a rush to get my dress back so it too about 10 days. I received a text when the dress was ready. The work is flawless, stitching matches dress. But after talking to family members in California who had the same service done at alterations places, I realized I was scammed. They were charged $10-$15 and here I was paying $45. Never again.
