She attempted to hide behind structures so it wouldn't be so obvious that she was following me, but it was. I was modestly dressed in casual clothing; nothing out of the ordinary. I was in the store for about 20 minutes. So why was the young black salesperson following me? Either the salesperson is racist against her own people or staff is trained to follow black people. Either way, it's not good. Needless to say, I'll never shop at this store again. My recommendation: don't shop in this store if you're African-American. Go elsewhere where you're treated like everyone else, with some respect.
