The diamond we gave him to use when it came back was clearly substituted with another cheaper one, and our inquiries went unanswered. This is theft, and these folks are un trustworthy and not a professional operation or interested in any kind of respectful and honest customer service. Stay clear of them and work with someone more on the level.
