Needed to update my review. I went in and they charged me $375 to replace the screen in my iPhone. It broke again! It literally dropped out of my lap and onto a gravel driveway. We are talking a couple of feet. OtterBox and screen protector. took it to Best Buy this time. They told me the screen Marshfield Technology put in my phone was absolute junk. It was so hard to get out of my phone they weren't even sure it was for my phone. (Not to mention the resolution quality and response time was horrible compared to my girlfriends Exact same iPhone). I called Marshfield Technology to discuss this with David (the owner of the company) apparently they have my account flagged because I left them a bad review. He said and I quote "you left me a bad review don't call here anymore." I don't know about you, but that just seems like bad business. I urge all of you to go somewhere else for your repair needs. They use junk to replace your OEM components. I was warned by a coworker of mine that knows them very well that I should take my business elsewhere. I should have listened. Please, save yourself some money and a headache and go to Best Buy. They will replace your screens Whether you have insurance or not and they WILL undercut what Marshfield Technology is charging BY A LOT! Also be warned! The screens that they put in to your iPhones are not Apple products and could potentially void any warranty that you have with Apple. read more

They were fast! I took my phone in and they ordered the new screen and when it came in my phone was fixed within 2 hours. Very nice!

I called Marshfield Technology 7/16/18 to inquire about screen replacement for my iPhone 7 plus several times to get all the details. They told me that the LCD & all the ribbons were included with the screen repair, it would be $100, & would require $50 deposit to order the screen. 7/18/18 I went in to put the $50 down. They had the screen there & could get the repair done that day. I had a single small curved scratch about 3/4" on the bottom right corner of the screen. I told them I had attempted to replace the glass myself, but could not get the home button screws off & when putting the screen back together the upper right ribbon had torn when being snapped back into place. Everything on the phone worked except for touch id. The home button was never removed as I could not get the screws out. When I came back for my phone they said the screws were stripped by the home button & because of the ribbon being tore they could not replace it with just the regular screen. They would have to order one with the ribbons that I was originally told were included and for an additional $30. They returned my phone to me with the screen cracked like a spider web stemming from the home button. The phone audio no longer worked unless it was on speaker, which had been working prior to taking to them. I felt I had no choice but to agree to the additional repairs. It was in perfect working order when I brought my phone to them. Now they had damaged the screen beyond repair and had somehow disconnected the audio so that it would only work on speaker. I gave them a $50 deposit and they said it would be in in 2 days. On July 20th I brought my phone back to them. When I came to pick up my phone they said it needed a new home button. They said they got the home button out but it would not work with the new screen. They said it would be another $20 for a new home button. They tried to say that I broke the home button -a total fabrication! I never removed the home button as I could not get the screws out! This phone was brought to them with everything working. The home button was in perfect working condition with the exception of the touch id. The only cosmetic defects were the small 3/4" scratch and the one upper right ribbon. Now the home button was broken, the screen shattered beyond any use, and the phone would not even power on! They told me that I could see if my cell provider would give me a loaner. I did not believe I had a choice but to agree to the additional charges. After going home I did get it to finally power on but the screen was now dark and I could not use the home button. I could make and receive calls with my echo device and navigate the screen with the icons only (no home button functions at all). I took my phone into my cell company. They could not believe the damage that Marshfield technology had done to my phone. The screen replacement thru apple would include the home button & all the ribbons for $169. If it had internal damage it would be $350. Since I did not trust Marshfield technology after destroying my phone I had my cell company send it in. I contacted Marshfield Tech to inquire about getting my deposit back.. David Noll was not receptive in any way to hearing my request. He was rude & contemptuous. He cut me off saying he knows the story, talked over me and would not let me even make my request. He then yelled lies at me claiming I broke the home button, complained he wasn't making money on the home button, refused to give me my deposit back, yelled more at me, then hung up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 15 Minutes later Wes called back and said they had come to an agreement to refund my deposit if I came back and signed a paper giving them permission to do repairs. I agreed. July 26th, 2018 apple repair center notified me that there is also internal damage & will now cost $350 to fix the damage Marshfield technology caused due to their incompetence and recklessness.They have entry level employees that lack the skill and expertise needed to repair iPhone screens and not damage customers property. They refuse to take any responsibility for their grievous errors in handling my phone. I am now out an $990 iPhone 7 plus that I am still paying for. Total incompetence and no integrity! read more

This business was a life saver! I thought I needed a new port and a new battery however, he was able to fix the port and replace the battery at an extremely reasonable cost. And did all of this within an hour! I highly recommend this place. read more

I know this review probably won't show up because Yelp is a company that makes businesses pay for their good reviews. But anyways I've been getting my electronics repaired through them for many years now along with my phone plan. Their service is great and I've never had any problems.
