I have tracking updates and it showed it with scanned in Marshfield and then sent to Michigan when I called to make a complaint the lady who answered The phone claimed to be the supervisor and when I explain the situation she got all huffy and let out a huge sigh loud enough for me to hear because I was complaining about my package so she gave me an attitude and when I asked to talk to her supervisor she says well I am the supervisor I'm already upset enough You lost my package a very expensive one at that and you can't explain exactly why but you blame Oshkosh for the mishap when it was clearly scanned in Marshfield and then got mad at me because I was upset now the package is on its way back to Marshfield how do I know you're not going to screw it up again and when somebody has a complaint about an expensive package that you let go missing don't get upset with them and have an attitude

I couldn't enjoy YouTube or seminars, closed caption wasn't the same as hearing the words. A Wisconsin Rapids computer company had it twice, we paid, but again, not fixed permanently, only lasting minutes. I chose I.T.S.M because it is a veteran owned company and because of their honesty. They fixed it right the first time! Finally, after years of no sound, I could enjoy my laptop. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and easy to talk with. I don't know if they are incompetent or con-artists or both, but you might want to take your…read morebusiness elsewhere. Lang sold me a $5500 Lane Shark to use with my 2021 Badboy 4035CH tractor. Before purchasing the Lane Shark, I asked if it was compatible with my tractor. They knew my tractor because they had recently serviced it. They assurred me the Lane Shark would work with it. Within the first few hours of using the Lane Shark, the motor on it failed and sprayed gallons of hydraulic fluid. The Lane Shark was not compatible with my tractor because the hydraulic return line on the tractor was pressurized. Lang then charged me for both the new Lane Shark motor and the non-pressurized return line install on the tractor. They claim it is my fault for instatalling the Lane Shark wrong. They said nothing about needing to install a third line on my tractor in order to use the product they wanted to sell me. Lang business model - give customers bad info to make big sales. When the bad info causes customers equipment to break, charge them to fix it. Lang doesn't even have enough confidence in their own service to allow reviews on their own website. P.S. Don't buy Bad Boy equipment. Its garbage. My 3 year old 4035CH has really low hours and constantly breaks. P.P.S. Don't buy Lane Shark. They refused to provide any help in dealing with the incompetent people who are selling their products.

It was bad enough when I worked here years ago but now it's so much worse. I took my girlfriend (now wife) here after picking her up from a hard, 8-hour shift at work to get her a nice shower just for both of us to be interrupted by two nasty women who worked there yelling at us to get out because it was past 8 and they close the locker rooms past 8. Keep in mind, I paid extra for a 24-hour membership and these inept people don't even keep any of the gym facilities open for 24-hours nor were we even informed of this. So they offer a 24-hour open membership that actually isn't 24-hours, you get treated like crap because the staff are jerks, and even worse, these people can't take criticism when you leave them bad reviews! I left one on Google and they responded in a condescending way saying "It's not true" and "You're being kinda harsh" like I just made all this crap up. Zero accountability for horrible service and behavior. Do not come here ever. They don't deserve your business.
